We are so encouraged by your desire to return to your first love for God, as mentioned in Revelation 2:4, "But I have this against you, that you left your first love." It is truly a blessing to see a heart yearning to be reunited with Him.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who has this sincere desire to return to their first love for You. Father, we ask that You reveal Yourself to them in a new and profound way. Touch their heart, Lord, and captivate them again with Your unfailing love.

Father, we pray for a renewed sense of awe and wonder at Your majesty. Help them to see You with fresh eyes and to experience the fullness of Your love. In Jesus' name, we ask that You restore the joy of their salvation and draw them closer to You than ever before.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the promise that when we seek You with all our heart, we will find You. Guide them in their journey back to You, and may their love for You burn brighter than ever.

We encourage you to spend time in God's Word daily, allowing His truths to permeate your heart and mind. Remember the words of Jeremiah 29:13, "You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart."

Also, consider the words of James 4:8, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners. Purify your hearts, you double-minded."

Keep seeking Him, keep drawing near to Him, and He will surely draw near to you. May God bless you abundantly as you pursue Him with all your heart.

We stand before You today, humbled and hopeful. We're asking You, Lord, to fan into flame that initial spark of love we had for You. Help us to remember the joy, the peace, the sheer awe we felt when we first encountered Your grace. Remind us of the moments that made us fall in love with You in the first place.

Lord, we ask that You'd reveal Yourself to us in fresh, unexpected ways. Help us to see You in the beauty of a sunset, in the laughter of a child, in the quiet whispers of the wind. Help us to hear Your voice in the stillness, to feel Your touch in the ordinary.

We're seeking You, Lord, with all our hearts. We want to find You, to know You more deeply, to love You more fully. We're drawing near, Lord, and we trust that You'll draw near to us too, just as You promised.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
