First Date

Today I'm going to have the first date with a guy I really like a lot. We met online and have talked a lot through texting and over the phone.

Please pray that this can be the first of many dates with him. The past four guys I went out with seemed great and really interested in me at first, and then rejected me after 1-2 dates for no reason other than that they didn't feel like we were a good match. I really hope this guy can be different! He seems like a really sweet Christian guy!

One other concern for today is my period. I just started today, which usually would make it the worst time to be meeting someone. Pray that this can be a way for God to show off His glory! If He can numb my pain, make today's date great, and allow this to develop into a long serious relationship, He would have to get all the credit!

Thank you for praying about this. I enjoyed talking with him in person just as much as I had on the phone/texting. He seems like a great guy!
