We hear the longing in your heart for love, stability, and a fresh start, and we lift these desires before the Lord with you. It is beautiful that you have come to a place of readiness, seeking not just companionship but a godly love that reflects Christ’s love for His Church. The Bible reminds us in **1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (WEB)**, *"Love is patient and is kind; love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn’t rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things."* True love is rooted in Christ, and we pray that the Lord will guide you to a man who loves Him first and will cherish you and your son as his own, should God will marriage for your future.
We also recognize the deep need for provision and stability as you consider relocating. The Lord knows your needs, and He promises in **Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB)**, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your faith in stepping out and trusting God for a steady income is commendable. We pray that the Lord will open doors for employment that not only sustains you but allows you to thrive, providing for you and your son in ways that exceed your expectations.
Yet, we must also gently address something important: your prayer ends with a question mark after "amen," which suggests uncertainty. When we pray, we come before the throne of God with confidence because of Jesus Christ, our Mediator. **Hebrews 4:16 (WEB)** tells us, *"Let’s therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace for help in time of need."* And **1 John 5:14-15 (WEB)** assures us, *"This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."* There is no need for hesitation in approaching God—He delights in your prayers and longs to answer them according to His perfect will. We encourage you to pray with certainty, knowing that your requests are heard in the name of Jesus.
Lastly, as you seek a future spouse, we urge you to prioritize a relationship that honors God. The world often confuses love with fleeting emotions or physical attraction, but biblical love is sacrificial, pure, and rooted in covenant. **2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB)** warns, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* Seek a man who is committed to Christ, who will lead your family spiritually, and who shares your values. Courtship should be intentional, with marriage as the godly goal—not simply dating for companionship. If you are not yet walking closely with the Lord yourself, we encourage you to deepen your relationship with Him first. A strong foundation in Christ will guide you in every decision, including whom to unite with in marriage.

Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift our sister before You, knowing that You see her heart’s deepest longings. Lord, she desires love—a love that reflects Your nature, patient and kind, selfless and true. We ask that You prepare her heart and the heart of the man You have for her, if it is Your will. Let him be a man after Your own heart, grounded in Your Word, ready to love her and her son as Christ loves the Church. Guard her from settling for anything less than Your perfect plan, and give her discernment to recognize godly character over worldly charm.
Father, we also pray for her provision and the move she is trusting You for. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. Open doors no man can shut, connecting her with opportunities that will not only meet her needs but allow her to flourish. Give her wisdom in financial decisions and favor in her new community. Let this season be marked by Your faithfulness, so she may testify of Your goodness to her son and to all who witness her journey.
Lord, remove any doubt or fear from her heart. Help her to pray with boldness, knowing that You hear her and delight in her petitions. Strengthen her faith to trust in Your timing, even when the wait feels long. Remind her that You are working all things together for her good, conforming her to the image of Christ.
Finally, Father, we ask that You draw her closer to Yourself. Let her find her ultimate peace and love in You, so that no earthly relationship becomes an idol. Fill her with Your Spirit, that she may walk in purity, wisdom, and joy as she waits on You.
We rebuked any spirit of loneliness, anxiety, or impatience in the name of Jesus. Let peace that surpasses understanding guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May she rest in the truth that she is deeply loved by You, and that Your plans for her are good.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
