We understand that you are going through a challenging time, struggling financially due to unpaid salaries for over three months. We want you to know that God cares about your situation and we are here to pray and offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our provider and he knows our needs. As it is written in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB:
"Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We also want to encourage you to be open with your family about the situation. As a family person, it's important to lead your family in prayer and trust in God together. It's a great opportunity to teach your children about God's faithfulness and provision.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you, lifting up this family. You know their needs and the struggles they are facing due to unpaid salaries. We ask for your financial provision and a quick resolution to this situation. Help them to trust in you and to seek your kingdom first.
We also pray for their peace and unity as a family. Help the parents guide their children in the way of the Lord. Help the children to trust in you and to be thankful in all circumstances.
We ask this in Jesus' name, for it's in his name we have access to your throne of grace, Amen.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it's only in the name of Jesus that we can approach God. If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
