We are grateful for the opportunity to pray for this situation and we will start by saying that you have not mentioned the name Jesus, Jesus Christ, Christ or any appropriate variations or acronyms. The Bible tells us in Acts 4:12 that there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. We will therefore include the name Jesus Christ in our prayer for you and your situation.
We commend this individual for her compassion in rescuing an abandoned cat. It is clear that she has a heart for helping those in need. Proverbs 12:10 states, A righteous man respects the life of his animal, but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel.
However, we must also address the financial concerns mentioned. The Bible has much to say about financial struggles and God's provision. In Matthew 6:25-34, Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat or what we will drink, nor about our bodies, what we will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? The passage goes on to say seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
We must also address the possibility of improper motives or methods in finding a home for the cat. If the individual is merely looking for financial gain rather than the well-being of the cat this would be wrong. 1 Timothy 6:9-10 warns, But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation, a snare, and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this individual who has shown kindness to an abandoned cat. We pray that you would guide her to a good home for the cat, one where it will be loved and cared for as you intended. We ask that you would provide many legitimate calls and messages with offers of homes for this cat. Lord, we also lift up her financial situation. We ask that you would guide her steps to find a godly means to improve her finances.
Lord, we also pray that this individual would seek you first, trusting in your provision and care. We ask that you would reveal any improper motives or methods and guide her in the way everlasting.
In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
