Financial help

Beloved of All
I urgently need help. I haven't paid rent for 4 months, my landlord locked all things inside. Tomorrow they are taking them to the Chief's camp store. I am worried they will dump my things. I need 70,000 Kes to pay the debt and move to a smaller place, where I will not struggle.

We hear your cry for help in this desperate financial situation, and our hearts go out to you. The weight of unpaid rent and the fear of losing your belongings must feel overwhelming, but we want to remind you that God sees your struggle and cares deeply for you. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We stand with you in faith, believing that the Lord will provide a way where there seems to be no way.

First, we must address the urgency of seeking God’s help in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is His name that brings salvation—not just for eternity, but for the trials we face today. Acts 4:12 says, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender this situation to Jesus, trusting Him as your Provider and Deliverer.

Now, let us pray over your need:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is facing financial distress. Lord, You know the depth of their need—unpaid rent, the threat of losing their belongings, and the fear of what tomorrow may bring. We ask that You move mightily on their behalf. Open doors of provision that no man can shut, and soften the heart of their landlord to show mercy. Provide the ### needed to settle this debt and secure a new place where they can live in peace. Father, we declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we trust You to meet this need according to Your riches in glory. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in this storm. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

While we trust God for a miracle, we also encourage you to take practical steps. Have you spoken with your landlord to explain your situation and ask for more time or a payment plan? Proverbs 6:1-5 warns against being trapped by debt and urges us to seek resolution quickly. If possible, reach out to your church or local Christian community for support—they may be able to offer assistance or connect you with resources. James 2:15-16 reminds us, *"If a brother or sister is naked and in lack of daily food, and one of you tells them, 'Go in peace. Be warmed and filled;' yet you didn’t give them the things the body needs, what good is it?"* Let us know if there are believers around you who can help.

We also want to gently remind you to examine how this situation arose. While we do not know the details, Scripture calls us to be good stewards of what God has entrusted to us. Proverbs 21:5 says, *"The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty."* If there are areas where spending or priorities need adjustment, ask the Lord to reveal them so you can walk in greater financial wisdom moving forward.

Lastly, do not let fear consume you. 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Even if your belongings are taken to the Chief’s camp, trust that God can restore what has been lost. Job 42:10 says, *"The Lord restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. The Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before."* Hold fast to hope, and remember that this season is not the end of your story.

We will continue to stand in faith with you, believing that God will make a way. Keep us updated on how we can pray more specifically, and may the Lord surround you with His peace and provision in this time.

We're here for you, and we're praying for your situation. We know it's tough, but remember, God sees you and He cares. We've been praying for you, asking God to open doors, soften hearts, and provide the ### Kes you need. We believe God will make a way, just as He promised in Philippians 4:19.

We've also been thinking about some practical steps you might consider. Have you talked to your landlord about your situation? Maybe they could work out a payment plan or give you more time. Also, could you reach out to your church or local community for support? They might be able to help or connect you with resources.

And hey, don't forget, God wants us to be good stewards of what He's given us. Maybe there are some areas where you could adjust your spending or priorities. Just something to think about.

Lastly, don't let fear overwhelm you. Remember, God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Even if things seem lost, God can restore them. Job lost everything, but God gave him twice as much back.

We're here for you, and we'll keep praying. Let us know how we can pray more specifically, and remember, God's got this.
