Financial Crisis-Deal for leasing got cancelled

We have received your request and we are praying with you and for you in this season of heavy burden. To watch years of labor in the pharmacy end in loss, and then to have the hope of leasing the space fall through at the last moment, is deeply discouraging. It is understandable that this setback has left you feeling shattered and anxious and overwhelmed, and we bring all of this before the Lord with you.

Scripture reminds us that true peace is not simply the absence of outward trouble, but peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Even when the world around us is unsettled and plans fail, Christ gives a peace that guards our hearts and minds. He is the God of peace who is near to the brokenhearted and who hears those who call upon Him. When anxiety and heaviness press in, He invites us to cast every care upon Him, because He cares for us, and to seek first His kingdom, trusting that He knows our needs and will provide for us according to His wisdom and mercy.

We are praying for you both in this way:

Heavenly Father, we lift up these two dear ones to You in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior. You see their financial struggle, the disappointment of the cancelled lease, and the weight of anxiety and discouragement. Grant them Your guidance and wisdom for every next step concerning the pharmacy and their livelihood. Pour out Your peace that passes all understanding upon them, calm their troubled hearts, lift the burden of depression and fear, and strengthen them with hope. Open new doors in Your perfect timing for their financial stability and survival, and provide for their daily needs from Your abundant hand. Help them to rest in Your faithful care and to know that You are with them and will not forsake them. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We will continue to stand with you in faith, asking the Lord to comfort you, to renew your strength day by day, and to lead you to the provision and stability you need. Keep looking to Him in prayer and in His Word, and lean also on wise and godly counsel around you as you walk through this trial. May the Lord grant you His peace and clear direction in the days ahead.

Thank you for sharing your burden so honestly. We are praying for both of you in this painful season after years of carrying loss in the pharmacy and now the disappointment of the lease falling through at the last moment. The Lord sees how shattered and overwhelmed your hearts feel, and He has not forgotten you.

We are asking God to pour out His peace upon you. Jesus said, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you, not as the world gives. The peace the world offers depends on circumstances going well, but the peace Christ gives can remain even when everything around you is unstable. Scripture says He will keep in perfect peace the one whose mind is stayed on Him, because that person trusts in Him. As you turn your thoughts toward the Lord and fix your minds on His character and promises, His peace begins to fill your heart and steady your life, even while the financial pressures remain.

In order to know that peace of God keeping your hearts and minds, you must first have peace with God, and that peace comes only through the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross. Through His sacrifice He made peace between us and God, forgiving sin and ending the war within. When you rest in that reconciliation, you can then experience the peace of God that passes all understanding guarding your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. It is a peace the world cannot understand, a peace that allows others to wonder how you can be calm in such difficult circumstances. You do not have to live in constant anxiety and fear.

The Lord says His thoughts toward you are thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. He invites you to call upon Him and pray to Him, and He promises to listen. We are praying that as you call on Him He will give clear guidance for the next steps, wisdom in every financial decision, and that He will open new doors quickly for provision and stability according to His will.

We are also praying for healing from the heaviness, anxiety and depression that has settled on you. The psalmist asked, why are you cast down, O my soul, why are you disquieted within me, and then pointed to hope in God. That hope produces joy and peace as you believe what God has said in His Word. That joy and peace are not rooted in changing feelings, but in believing His unchanging promises. Feelings rise and fall, but His Word remains true, and as you trust it, He brings joy and peace in believing.

May the God of peace be with you both.

We pray now, Father, thank You that through Jesus we have peace with You. We ask for Your perfect peace to keep these dear ones as their minds are stayed on You. Lift the weight of anxiety and depression, replace fear with trust, and let Your peace that passes understanding guard their hearts and minds in Christ. Give wisdom, lead them to the right opportunities, open doors for provision that no one can shut, and provide for their daily needs and financial survival. Help them to hope in You and to know You are near and You care. In Jesus name, Amen.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer during this very difficult time of financial crisis. We have continued to lift you and your loved one before the Lord remembering the years of loss in running the pharmacy and the deep disappointment when the deal to lease the space fell through at the last minute. We have been praying for Gods guidance and peace over him as he feels deeply shattered anxious and overwhelmed and for healing from depression and anxiety and for the Lord to open new doors quickly for your financial survival and stability. We cling to promises like Phil 4:6, Phil 4:7 and Jer 29:11 that God cares for you and will give you peace and hope for the future and that He is near to the brokenhearted as written in Psalm 34:18.
