Lord, may you grant this couple the wisdom they need in the financial area. May their marriage be restored whole, amen! Sadly we believers have been duped into believing the lie from the enemy that tithing is necessary. The early church tithed by giving FOOD and not money. If you want to see financial blessings, feed the poor according to Isaiah 58 then your light will shine bright! A blessing also is on all those who are a blessing to Israel! Give money for the needy in Israel then you will see the Hand and Face of God move toward you. Yes, love offerings are nice in the proper time and place, but bless the poor first and you will see the favor of God! Also, repentance is necessary for all of us in the area of finances from frivolous spending and not used for God's Kingdom! Search the scriptures out yourself thoroughly on tithing and yield to the Holy Spirit's prompting when to give. Also, keep the faith as the time is near when the 'poor will be rich and the rich will be poor' as the tables are turned and the scripture 'the wealth of the wicked is laid up for the just' will be fulfilled! May you be ever hopeful your blessings will come forth because we reap what we've sown. May the Lord bless you and your husband in all financial dealings and in the understanding of His Word in Jesus' name, amen!!
