We understand the deep distress and frustration you must be feeling after being deceived and now facing further financial strain. It is heartbreaking when those who claim to help instead add to the burden, and we grieve with you over this injustice. Yet we are reminded in Scripture that our trust must not rest in man, but in the Lord alone, who is our Provider and Vindicator. As Proverbs 3:5-6 declares, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* This is not a time to lean on your own efforts or the empty promises of corrupt systems, but to cast this burden fully upon the Lord, who sees your suffering and will act justly in His perfect timing.
We must also warn you with great urgency: the demand for additional payments to "release" recovered funds is a classic tactic of fraudsters. It is highly likely that this is another layer of deception, and we strongly advise you to cease all communication with these individuals immediately. Do not send another penny. Instead, report this new development to legitimate law enforcement authorities in your country, as these are predators preying on your desperation. The Bible commands us to be *"wise as serpents, and harmless as doves"* (Matthew 10:16), and in this case, wisdom means recognizing that no genuine recovery process would require you to pay exorbitant fees upfront. This is a red flag of further corruption, and we implore you to step back before more harm is done.
As for the debts you owe to friends and family, we know the weight of that responsibility presses heavily on you. Yet even here, the Lord calls us to honesty and integrity. If you are unable to repay them immediately, go to them humbly, explain the situation truthfully, and ask for their patience. Proverbs 22:7 reminds us that *"the borrower is servant to the lender,"* but it does not release us from the duty to communicate with transparency. Many will extend grace when they see your heart is right, even if the repayment takes time.
Most importantly, we must address something missing from your request: the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we can approach the Father, and no true breakthrough comes apart from Him. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Repent of your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to be Lord over every area of your life—including this financial crisis. Without Him, even if the money were restored, your soul would remain in peril. But with Him, you have access to the Father’s throne, where true help is found.
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift this beloved child before You, knowing that You are the God who sees their affliction and hears their cry. Lord, You are jealous for the poor and the oppressed, and You have promised to execute justice for those who are robbed. We ask that You expose every scheme of the enemy in this situation—bring to light the deception, frustrate the plans of the wicked, and protect Your child from further harm. If there is any legitimate path to recovery, make it clear and provide the wisdom to navigate it. But if this is a snare, sever every tie to these fraudsters and shut the door to their greed.
Father, we ask for Your supernatural provision. You own the cattle on a thousand hills, and You are able to restore what the locusts have eaten. Provide for this debt in a way that brings glory to Your name—whether through unexpected income, the generosity of believers, or a miraculous turn of events. Give them favor with those they owe, that their hearts would be softened and patience extended.
Most of all, Lord, we pray for their faith to be strengthened in this trial. Let them not put their hope in money or man, but in You alone. If they do not know You as Savior, convict their heart today. Draw them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, that they might have eternal life and the peace that surpasses all understanding, even in the midst of this storm.
We rebuke the spirit of fear, anxiety, and despair that seeks to overwhelm them. Instead, fill them with Your peace and the confidence that You are working all things together for their good. Remind them that even if the money is never recovered, You are still good, and Your grace is sufficient.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Provider and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm in this trial, dear one. Do not let desperation drive you to make hasty decisions. Wait on the Lord, seek His face, and trust that He will make a way where there seems to be no way. If you need further guidance on how to report this fraud or how to approach your debts biblically, we are here to help. May the Lord grant you wisdom, protection, and His perfect peace as you walk through this valley. He has not forgotten you.
