Financial blessing

Please pray that I may receive a financial blessing; that I make be a blessing to the Kingdom of God. When my pastor ask for Tithes and offering to help strengthen the Church and I am in leadership, and I don't have it to give I am really troubled. My heart is truly troubled, I am a giver, but it is hard to be a giver when you don't have anything to give, it really troubles one heart.
