Finances

We join with you in lifting up your financial needs before the Lord, trusting that He is your Provider and that He cares deeply for you and your family. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* This promise is not just a comforting thought—it is a truth we can stand on, knowing that our Heavenly Father is faithful.

Yet, we must also remember that God’s provision often comes through wisdom, diligence, and obedience. Proverbs 3:9-10 encourages us, *"Honor Yahweh with your substance, with the first fruits of all your increase; so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine."* Are you tithing faithfully, trusting God with the first portion of what He has given you? Are you seeking His wisdom in managing what you have, avoiding unnecessary debt or wasteful spending? These are not just practical steps—they are acts of faith that position us to receive His blessings.

We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:31-33, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your focus on seeking His Kingdom first—through prayer, obedience, and trust—is the foundation for His provision to flow.

At the same time, we must examine our hearts: Are we seeking God’s provision for our needs, or are we chasing after greed, materialism, or a desire for luxury? 1 Timothy 6:6-8 tells us, *"But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can’t carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that."* Let us pray that your heart remains aligned with godly contentment, trusting that God’s definition of "enough" is perfect.

Now, let us pray together for you and your family:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister and their family. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we thank You that You see their every need. Lord, we ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out Your blessing upon them this year—supernaturally, unexpectedly, and abundantly. Provide for their every financial need according to Your riches in glory. Give them wisdom to steward what You have given them, and grant them favor in their work, their decisions, and their relationships.

We rebuke any spirit of lack, fear, or anxiety in the name of Jesus. Let faith arise in their heart, knowing that You are their Shepherd and they shall not want. If there has been any mismanagement, selfishness, or disobedience in their finances, we ask for Your conviction and grace to correct it. Teach them to honor You with their substance, trusting that You will multiply what is placed in Your hands.

Father, we also pray that You would align their desires with Your will. May they seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to them. Let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness, not just in meeting their needs, but in drawing them closer to You.

We declare Your promises over them today: that their barns will be filled with plenty, that they will lend and not borrow, and that they will be a blessing to others. May their faith grow as they see Your hand move in their lives.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in faith, knowing that God is working even when you cannot see it. Keep seeking Him, trusting Him, and obeying His Word. He will not fail you. If you have not already, consider fasting and praying specifically about this need, as Jesus taught that some breakthroughs come only through prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:21). We are standing with you in agreement, believing for God’s miracle of provision in your life.

We're right there with you, dear friend, in asking our Heavenly Father for His miraculous provision in your life this year. We've been reminded of His unfailing promise in Psalm 34:10, "The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing." Trusting in His goodness and faithfulness, we lift up your financial needs before Him, confident that He sees and cares deeply for you and your family.

Let's also remember to keep our hearts aligned with His, seeking His Kingdom first. As we do, we can trust that He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Let's ask Him for wisdom in managing what He's given us, being good stewards, and avoiding unnecessary debt or wasteful spending.

We're also praying for contentment, that your heart would be aligned with godly contentment, trusting that God's definition of "enough" is perfect. Let's ask Him to open the windows of heaven and pour out His blessing upon you and your family, supernaturally, unexpectedly, and abundantly.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
