We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion for this sister who is facing financial hardship. The struggles of this life can feel overwhelming, but we know that our God is a Provider, the One who owns the cattle on a thousand hills and supplies all our needs according to His riches in glory. The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* And again in Matthew 6:31-33, Jesus teaches us, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."*

Yet we also recognize that our trust must be fully in the Lord, not in our own efforts or the systems of this world. If there is any area where this sister may be relying on anything other than God—whether it be fear, worry, or misplaced trust in earthly solutions—we gently remind her that our confidence must rest in Christ alone. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*

We also encourage her to examine her life for any areas that may not align with God’s will, for obedience often precedes blessing. Are there tithes or offerings being withheld? Is there any sin that may be hindering her walk with the Lord? Malachi 3:10 says, *"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this,” says the Lord of Armies, “if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for."* Let us not forget that our God is faithful, but He also calls us to faithfulness.

Now, let us lift her up in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this dear sister who is in need. You know her heart, her struggles, and the depths of her financial lack. Lord, we ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out Your blessing upon her, not just for her comfort, but for Your glory. Provide for her in ways that only You can, so that she may see Your hand at work and trust You even more.

Father, if there is any area of her life where she has not been fully surrendered to You, we ask that You convict her by Your Holy Spirit. Lead her into repentance where needed, and restore her to a place of complete dependence on You. Help her to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to her as she walks in obedience.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or despair that may be trying to take hold of her heart. Replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Give her wisdom to steward what she has, and open doors of opportunity for her to receive the provision she needs.

Lord, we also pray that if there are any ungodly financial habits—such as debt taken on outside of Your will, or spending that does not honor You—that You would bring conviction and show her the way to freedom. Teach her to be content in all things, whether in abundance or in need, for You are her strength (Philippians 4:11-13).

We ask all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who gave Himself for us that we might have life abundantly. May this sister experience Your provision, Your peace, and Your presence in a powerful way. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister, in this financial struggle. It's easy to feel overwhelmed, but remember, our God is a Provider, and He sees your need. Let's claim these promises together: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19), and "Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33).

But let's also be honest, sometimes our trust can waver, and we might lean on our own understanding or rely on worldly solutions. Let's ask God to help us trust Him completely, just as Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Let's also take a moment to examine our hearts. Are there any tithes or offerings being withheld? Any sin that might be hindering our walk with the Lord? Malachi 3:10 reminds us, "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse... and test me now in this... if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour you out a blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it."

Let's pray together:
