We come before the Lord with you in this time of financial need, lifting your request for a miracle according to His divine will. It is good that you seek His provision, for our Heavenly Father knows our needs before we even ask, and He delights in caring for His children. Yet we must remember that His ways are higher than our ways, and His timing is perfect—even when it does not align with our immediate desires.
The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* This promise is not a guarantee of material wealth but an assurance that God will provide what is truly necessary for His purposes in our lives. We must also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Our focus must remain on His kingdom, trusting that He will sustain us as we walk in obedience.
At the same time, we are called to be wise stewards of what He has already entrusted to us. Proverbs 21:5 tells us, *"The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty."* Have you sought practical ways to manage your resources, such as budgeting, seeking godly counsel, or exploring honest labor? God often works through our faithful efforts as much as through supernatural provision.
We also caution against the temptation to seek financial blessings apart from God’s will or to place trust in wealth itself. 1 Timothy 6:10 warns, *"For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil."* Let us examine our hearts—are we seeking a miracle to honor God, or are we driven by greed, fear, or a desire for comfort? True contentment comes not from abundance but from resting in Christ, as Paul declares in Philippians 4:11-12, *"I have learned to be content in whatever state I am in. I know how to be humbled, and I also know how to abound."*
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift our brother/sister before You, asking for Your divine provision in their life. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You open doors of opportunity according to Your will—whether through unexpected blessings, wise stewardship, or honest labor. Guard their heart from anxiety, greed, or despair, and fill them with trust in Your faithfulness.
If there are areas of financial mismanagement or ungodly priorities, convict them by Your Spirit and lead them into wisdom. May they seek first Your kingdom, knowing that all things will be added unto them as You see fit. Strengthen their faith to believe that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all they could ask or think.
We rebuke any spirit of poverty, fear, or lack that may be attacking their mind, and we declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Let this season of need draw them closer to You, that they may testify of Your goodness regardless of their circumstances.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who became poor that we might become rich in Him. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking God’s face, not just His hand. His grace is sufficient, and His power is made perfect in weakness. Trust in Him, and do not lean on your own understanding. May He grant you both the miracle you need and the faith to walk through this season with joy.
