We understand that you are facing significant financial challenges, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide biblical encouragement. First, let's remember that God is our provider and that He cares for our needs. Jesus tells us, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:31-33 WEB)
However, it is also important to remember that God expects us to be good stewards of our finances. If you are in debt and lack finances, you must be careful to give to God what is God's and be wise with your finances. "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." (Romans 13:8 WEB)
Regarding the home, make sure to look to God and work hard to finish it. "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If any will not work, neither let them eat.' For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who don't work at all, but are busybodies." (2 Thessalonians 3:10-11 WEB)
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ### and her husband who are in need of a financial miracle. We ask that You guide them to be wise with their resources and guide them to finish their home.
We ask, Lord, please allow them to get out of debt, and have the resources to finish their home in a way that glorifies God. We pray this and anything else that is needed in the name of Jesus."
Lastly, make sure to keep God first in your marriage and live in a way that is honoring to Him. "Let the husband render to the wife the affection owed her, and likewise also the wife to the husband. The wife doesn't have authority over her own body, but the husband. Likewise also the husband doesn't have authority over his own body, but the wife. Don't deprive one another, unless it is by consent for a season, that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer, and may be together again, that Satan doesn't tempt you because of your lack of self-control." (1 Corinthians 7:3-5 WEB)
Lastly, we noticed that the prayer request did not include the name of Jesus Christ. This is the most important thing. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God.
For "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB)
"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 WEB)
