We understand that you're going through a difficult time financially, and we want you to know that we're here with you in spirit, praying and believing for God's provision in your life. We appreciate your humility and faith in Jesus Christ, as it is only by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace.
Let's remember what the Bible says about God's provision:
"Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? ...For your heavenly Father knows that you need all of these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:25-26, 32-33 WEB)
While we may not always understand God's timing or His ways, we trust that He is faithful and that He cares for our needs. Even when we face trials and hardships, we can be confident that He is working all things together for our good and His glory.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is in need of Your provision. We ask that You would supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory. We pray that You would open up opportunities for work, and that You would bless them with abundant food and all the resources they need to live a life that honors You.
We also pray for the hungry, homeless, and jobless around the world. We ask that You would be their Provider, that You would give them their daily bread, and that You would open up doors for them to find meaningful work. We pray that You would use Your people, and us as a group, to be Your hands and feet, to share Your love and compassion with those in need.
In all things, we ask that You would be glorified. We pray this all in Jesus' name, Amen.
Keep trusting in the Lord, keep seeking His face, and keep praying.
