We understand that you are seeking a financial breakthrough, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. Firstly, we commend you for asking for finances ### (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved.
In the Bible, God promises to provide for all our needs according to His riches in glory through Jesus. Let us remember that God's grace is made perfect in our own weakness. Sometimes we are at a financial low because God wants us to run to him for our needs.
Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God; who also has made us able ministers of the New Testament; not of the letter, but of the Spirit: for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
2 Corinthians 3:5-6 WEB
For, being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, they have not submitted themselves to the righteousness of God.
For Christ is the fulfillment of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
For Moses writes about the righteousness which is of the law, "The man who does those things shall live by them."
But the righteousness which is of faith says this, "Do not say in your heart, 'Who will ascend into heaven?' (that is, to bring Christ down from above);
or, "'Who will descend into the abyss?' (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead.)"
But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth, and in your heart:" that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your provision and financial breakthrough for our fellow believer. We acknowledge that You are the source of all blessings, and we trust in Your promise to supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory through Jesus Christ.
Lord, we ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out Your blessings upon this person. Guide them to new opportunities, give them wisdom in managing their finances, and help them to be a good steward of the resources You provide.
We also pray that this person will continue to seek You first, knowing that all things will be added unto them as they pursue Your kingdom and Your righteousness. Help them to be generous with what they have, knowing that it is more blessed to give than to receive.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God's word tells us, "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19 WEB. Trust in Him, and He will provide.
Stay strong in faith and continue to seek God's will in all areas of your life. If you are not already doing so, consider tithing and giving to those in need, as God blesses a cheerful giver.
