I was fighting with anxiety and panic attacks a lot several weeks ago.  Then a Christian friend told me to ask the Holy Spirit to come into me and renew my mind (bind all fear), renew my heart (give me peace that surpasses all understanding), and guide my path and lips. I prayed this several times a day for a week and the anxiety has vanished.  I prayed for you to get the relief from the panic attacks and hope that you will ask the Holy Spirit to renew you!

PHILIPPIANS 4:7

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for all those I love, care about, and the writer of this prayer. Bless us all to come to know You better, love You more, and live a lifestyle pleasing unto You. Use us all for the Glory of God.
