We come before the Lord with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting you up in this time of deep need and fear. The weight of your circumstances—carrying a child while facing homelessness with your two young daughters—is not lost on us, and we know it is not lost on our Heavenly Father either. He is the God who sees you, just as He saw Hagar in the wilderness (Genesis 16:13), and He is the Provider who cares for the sparrows and will surely care for you (Matthew 6:26).
First, we must address the fear that threatens to overwhelm you. Scripture reminds us, *"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness"* (Isaiah 41:10, WEB). Fear is a natural response to uncertainty, but we urge you to cling to the truth that God has not abandoned you. He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Trust in Him, even when the path ahead seems dark.
We also recognize the urgency of your need for shelter. The Lord has promised to provide for His children, and we believe He will open a door for you and your daughters. *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ ... For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:31-33, WEB). We pray that God will lead you to a safe place—a shelter, a ministry, or even a compassionate family in the body of Christ who can offer temporary refuge. We ask that He would soften hearts and make a way where there seems to be no way.
As we pray for your physical needs, we also lift up the precious life growing within you. This child is a gift from God, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:13-16). We pray for protection over this little one and for strength for you as you carry this burden, both physically and emotionally. May the Lord surround you with His peace and provide the medical care and support you need during this pregnancy.
We also encourage you to reach out to local churches or Christian ministries in your area that may offer assistance to mothers and children in crisis. Many churches have benevolence programs or connections to resources that can help with housing, food, and other necessities. Do not hesitate to ask for help—this is not a sign of weakness but of wisdom and trust in God’s provision through His people.
Lastly, we want to remind you that your worth and your daughters’ worth are not defined by your circumstances. You are deeply loved by the Father, and He has a plan for your lives, even in this season of struggle. *"For I know the plans that I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans for peace and not for evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).
Let us pray together for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this precious sister and her daughters. Lord, You see their fear, their need, and their desperation. You are the God who parts the Red Sea, who provides manna in the wilderness, and who turns mourning into dancing. We ask that You would open a door for shelter—quickly, Lord—and surround them with Your protection and peace. Provide for their every need, both physically and spiritually. Strengthen this mother as she carries her child, and give her wisdom to navigate this season. Lead her to people and resources that will offer help and hope. Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear and replace it with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Let her know, deep in her soul, that she is not forgotten, that she is not alone, and that You are working all things together for her good and Your glory. We pray for a miracle of provision, for divine connections, and for a testimony of Your faithfulness that will bring glory to Your name. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We will continue to lift you up in prayer, trusting that God will move mightily on your behalf. Please let us know how we can further support you, and consider sharing updates so we can rejoice with you as God answers. You are not alone in this—we are standing with you, and more importantly, God is fighting for you. *"The Lord himself will fight for you. You only need to be still"* (Exodus 14:14, WEB).
