it was so nice to get a welcome back we miss you email.. I have been struggling a lot.  My husband has been very sick and everyday he is alive is a God send... I am just burnt out at work and fuss about it because I have another year left before I can think about retirement.  Have gone thru 16 bosses in the last 20 years and many of them had baggage big time...
