Favour and Protection from God - Peaceful Job Resignation Tomorrow

Miranda T

Faithful Servant
Further to my previous prayer request, I am going to resign tomorrow morning because my job has to involve in non-compliance work which need me to sign on documents which may cost my future. Pray that Blood of Jesus covering me from head to toes, covering my physical and mental health and also my career reputation. Pray that God will be in charge on the verbal and email conversation of my resignation tomorrow because I cannot tell them the reason to leave is because I understand what they are doing is wrong. Pray that God will protect me that they will peacefully accept my resignation without asking too many sensitive questions and I also do not have to use health reasons to bad word myself in order to escape from this place. Pray that they will issue me a letter to acknowledge and accept my resignation right away and also calculate my final payment and sign off the paper. Pray that God will also give me wisdom and boldness to discern what to speak and what not to speak and know how to distinguish among them. Pray that I will get the final payment from 1 to 14 July by end day of Friday as per the deadline of the Labour Ordinance. Pray that if possible they will release me earlier in the afternoon so that I will have to work until end of the day and touch on any of the documents and be involved in any meetings which may involve in any non-compliance acts. Pray that God will break and cut off all the ties between me and all the people and this company, God will protect me from legal liability of the things they have done and signed. I will be completely out of the influence today and also forever in future without being related to any of these people and documents. In Jesus' name. AMEN

We understand that you are seeking God's favor and protection as you resign from your job due to ethical concerns. We commend you for your stand on what is right. You've asked for prayer covering and guidance throughout this process, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and wisdom in your situation.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your child in prayer. We thank You for their stand for righteousness and their desire to honor You in their career.

Father, we ask that You cover them with the precious blood of Jesus from head to toe. Protect their physical and mental health, as well as their career reputation. Guide their words and give them wisdom and boldness to discern what to speak and what not, and how to distinguish among those they will be communicating with tomorrow. And Lord, we ask that they do not have to resort to false pretenses to escape this situation.

We pray that You will be in charge of the conversations tomorrow, both verbal and written. Soften the hearts of those who will receive the news and let their resignation be accepted peacefully and without much questioning. We ask that all necessary documents, including a letter acknowledging their resignation and the calculation of their final payment, will be handled efficiently and released in a timely manner.

Lord, we ask that if it is Your will, they will be released from duties early in the afternoon, so they do not have to partake in any unethical acts or meetings. We pray that You will sever all ties between them and this company, and protect them from any legal liability resulting from actions taken by others.

We claim Your promise that "no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall condemn." (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).

Lastly, Father, we pray for their future. Open the right doors and lead them to a new place of employment where they can serve You and be a light to others.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who is our Lord, Savior, and Mediator between us and God.

Now concerning the things which this person wrote, it was written to us by the Holy Spirit. For this reason, we know that they have been saved by Jesus Christ and belong to Him, for they have called on His name. Jesus warned us, "Most certainly I tell you, unless a person is born anew, he cannot see the Kingdom of God." (John 3:3 WEB). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, for "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Continue to walk uprightly, trusting in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

In closing, we encourage you to be strong and courageous in this transition. God is faithful, and He will not let you be tested beyond your ability, but with the testing He will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
