Favor in the eyes of my ### and ###

Lord, please let me have favor in the eyes of the colleague who makes working schedules (teacher in the school) and in the eyes of the principal.
Every now and then I have difficulties with them.
Our principal is a perfectionist and has no empathy for my situation.
My principal is highly favoring and supporting some people from her area/village...I am from the city. She has even promoted one of our cleaning ladies to the administration and now I feel like she will help her to become her secretary. And both ladies are highly manipulative and like to have everything under their control and be important.
Also pray that other colleagues will be more helpful and loving, not arrogant or selfish, amen.
It looks like people are becoming more evil, I don't know if it's because they are under the influence of the ambitious and sneaky principal or because we are in the end times.
I sometimes feel I am alone in the whole world.

God deal with all my enemies according to Your Word. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. And God please strengthen each of us to always walk in the character and habits of Christ Jesus. Let us all live our lives for Your glory and good pleasure.
