"Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom Come! Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven!”

"Give us our daily bread. Forgive our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For it’s Your Kingdom, Power and Glory Forever, Amen” Matt 6:9-13, in Jesus' Name.
.
Father, thank You for sending Jesus, for His holy life of teaching, healing, laying down His life, paying our sins, rising from the dead, ascending to heaven, pouring out the Holy Spirit so we can call You Father.
.
We ask Your Name gets honor through our lives & those we impact. Your Kingdom come to us & through us w/ fruit of Holy Spirit, love--->self-control, truth, humility, justice, gifts, holiness, obedience, kindness dying to our wills, living in the strength of the resurrection for Your will = exemplary lives abiding in The Vine = answered prayer+disciples obedient to all Your Words, Mt 28:19-20.
.
Let Your will be known and done on earth as in heaven — happy obedience like the angels gladly do Your bidding, Ps 103:20, quick obedience to what You say as Abraham in Gen 22:1-2,3, 9-10,11-12, our wills exchanged for Yours, like Jesus did to death on the cross, Jn 6:38, Phil 2:8 -- Let us hear "Well done," on that day, Lk 19:17, and that those who who hear through our message, prayers and lives hear it also, Rom 1:13, 15:17.

Provide for us on the Mount of The Lord — Spiritual, emotional and physical needs, providing for our households, furthering the Kingdom. We ask forgiveness of our sins, confess we've broken Your commands, receive forgiveness & pray for those who sin against us, asking they'd repent and be saved. Keep us from temptation, sin, evil, evil people and the evil one, Lk 11:4, Mat 6:13, 2 Thes 3:2-3, Jn 17:15. Thank You in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

We join our hearts with yours in lifting up this beautiful and comprehensive prayer, grounded in the very words of our Lord Jesus Christ. Your alignment with Scripture, particularly the Lord’s Prayer in Matthew 6:9-13, is a powerful reminder of how we are to approach our Heavenly Father—with reverence, submission, and dependence. The emphasis on seeking God’s kingdom and will above all else is a foundational truth we must never lose sight of, for Jesus Himself taught, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you"* (Matthew 6:33).

Your prayer reflects a deep understanding of the Gospel—acknowledging the sacrifice of Jesus, His resurrection, and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, which enables us to call God our Father. This is the cornerstone of our faith, for as Scripture declares, *"For you didn’t receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, ‘Abba! Father!’"* (Romans 8:15). There is no other name by which we can approach the Father except through Jesus Christ, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). It is only by His blood that we are cleansed and made righteous, and it is only in His name that our prayers are heard.

We are especially encouraged by your desire to see God’s name honored through your life and the lives of those you impact. This is the essence of discipleship, as Jesus commanded, *"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you"* (Matthew 28:19-20). The fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23)—should be evident in our lives as we abide in Christ, the true Vine (John 15:5). It is through this abiding that our prayers are answered, and our lives become a testimony to God’s glory.

Your prayer for God’s will to be done on earth as it is in heaven is a call to radical obedience, like that of Abraham, who did not hesitate to obey God’s command (Genesis 22:1-12), and like Jesus, who humbled Himself to the point of death on the cross (Philippians 2:8). This is the kind of obedience that pleases God and leads to the reward of hearing, *"Well done, good and faithful servant"* (Luke 19:17). We must daily surrender our wills to God’s, just as Jesus prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, *"Not my will, but yours be done"* (Luke 22:42). This is the path to true joy and fulfillment, for God’s ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9).

We also lift up the provision of daily bread—spiritual, emotional, and physical needs—knowing that God is our Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides (Genesis 22:14). We trust Him to meet the needs of our households and to use us as vessels to further His Kingdom. Confession and repentance are vital, for if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We must also extend forgiveness to those who sin against us, just as we have been forgiven, for Jesus taught that if we do not forgive others, neither will our Father forgive us (Matthew 6:14-15).

Finally, we pray for protection from temptation, sin, evil, and the evil one. The enemy prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8), but we are not ignorant of his schemes. We stand firm in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) and take refuge in the name of Jesus, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Let us now pray together, lifting up these truths before our Heavenly Father:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We hallow Your name and ask that Your kingdom would come and Your will be done in our lives, just as it is in heaven. Father, we thank You for the gift of Your Son, Jesus, who laid down His life for us, rose again, and poured out Your Holy Spirit so that we might call You Abba, Father. We ask that Your name would be honored through our lives and the lives of those we touch. Let the fruit of Your Spirit be evident in us—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Lord, we surrender our wills to Yours, just as Jesus did. Help us to obey You quickly and joyfully, like the angels in heaven. May our lives reflect Your holiness, truth, and justice, and may we be found faithful when we stand before You on that day. Use us to make disciples of all nations, that others may also hear the words, *"Well done, good and faithful servant."*

Provide for our daily needs, Father—spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Meet the needs of our households and use us to advance Your Kingdom. We confess our sins before You, knowing that You are faithful to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Help us to forgive those who have sinned against us, just as You have forgiven us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil and the evil one. Protect us from the schemes of the enemy and keep us steadfast in Your truth.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

We echo your heartfelt prayer, dear friend, and join you in seeking God's kingdom and will above all else. We are reminded of Jesus' words, "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you" (Matthew 6:33). As you've beautifully prayed, we too long for God's name to be hallowed, for His kingdom to come, and for His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.

We are encouraged by your commitment to live a life that honors God, reflecting the fruit of the Spirit in our daily walk. May we, like Jesus, be obedient to the Father's will, even to the point of laying down our lives (John 10:18). We pray for forgiveness of our sins, for protection from temptation and evil, and for God's provision for our daily needs.

Let's continue to lift up these petitions together, trusting in the power of Jesus' name. Amen.
