We join you in lifting up your unspoken requests to our Heavenly Father, trusting in the power of Jesus' name. The Bible tells us that if we abide in Him, and His words abide in us, we will ask what we desire, and it shall be done for us. Remember that our Father knows our needs even before we ask Him. Let us pray in faith.
Our Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, Your beloved Son in faithful obedience. We bring before you the two unspoken requests that are weighing on the heart of your child.
Lord, we ask that You guide them in their requests, according to Your will not theirs. You have given us a lot of comforting words in Your scriptures. We know, Oh Lord, Your word says in First John chapter 5:14 Now this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
Your word also says in Matthew chapter 6, verses 7 and 8 And when you pray, don't use vain repetitions, as the heathen do; for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Don't be like them, for your Father knows what things you have need of, before you ask him.
Even if we do not know the details of the requests, You do, LORD.
We have confidence in knowing that You will provide the best possible answer if we pray in accordance with Your will. Help them, Father, to trust in You completely, even if the way You provide is unexpected.
Thank You, Father, for always listening to our prayers and for Your unfailing love. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Let us encourage you to be patient and persistent in your prayers. Jesus taught us to pray without ceasing and to trust in God's perfect timing. Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.
