Father i come to you today, to thank you for having made me your child. i thank you for the sacrifice which was made at the cross just so that my soul can be redeemed. Father i ask for forgiveness of all my sins. Father my thoughts, my words and my actions have not been pleasing to you. i have let sin take over and i need forgiveness. help me Father. Wash me by the precious blood of your son Jesus Christ, that cleanses me and keeps me clean as though i have never sinned.

Father i come to you today, pleading for help. Since yesterday satan has been working over time to grab me back into pornography and masturbation, but you have already redeemed me from this. i need your help. i don't want to fall to this temptation again. i have seen signs already and i don't want to fall. Father i have come to you, i have ran to the cross, where i find my refuge and comfort. i am determined not to fall into this sin again, because you have redeemed me. i choose to walk in accordance to the calling that you have placed in my life. help me father, help me. apart from you i can do nothing. give me the strength to run away from these temptations the moment they show up. I submit myself to you, and in the name of Jesus Christ, i resist the devil and all his attempts to destroy me, but i rest upon your unchanging grace. help me Lord, i need you Lord. You are my strength and comfort.
i thus believe that my sins have been forgiven and your angel is watching over me, helping me fight and resist the devl. thus i pray with all boldness and confidence in the name of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen
