Father, help me out of my struggles. I can't focus on things that need my attention. Help me overcome my sadness and loneliness. I'm feeling unmotivated. Help me focus on myself, with my education, my health, my financial situation, my self-esteem. Help me get in the right frame of mind of achieving my goals and dreams. Help me build myself back up and on my own. Lord, I need to work on my Python programming daily and pass my certification when it's time for the testing. Help me be my best. Lord, I need help feeling the drive and desire to achieve things daily. Bless me with a rewarding job that would financially benefit me and my family. I need the favor of God with me. Guide me with your grace so I can help myself and my kids, my family. In Jesus Name. Amen.

I am suffering from depression and possibly an anxiety disorder. Thank You for helping me seek out the help I need. It will help put my soul back into my skin. Give all of us who suffer from anxiety and depression the courage and strength to trust You and allow the Holy Spirit to guide us. You love us all and through Your love all things are possible.
