We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for spiritual protection and deliverance. First, we must address the foundation of our faith—salvation through Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, so that you may be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the first and most critical step in standing against the schemes of the enemy.
Now, regarding these distressing dreams and spiritual attacks, we stand firmly on the authority of God’s Word. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Bible declares that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We take authority over every nightmare, every lying spirit, and every demonic influence that has sought to torment you. We command them to be bound and cast out in Jesus’ name, for He has given us authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
We also declare that these dreams will not manifest in your life. God’s Word assures us that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that the Lord would surround you with His hedge of protection, as He did for Job (Job 1:10), and that He would station His angels around you to guard you in all your ways (Psalm 91:11). We cancel every assignment of control, manipulation, or oppression from any person or organization mentioned in these dreams. The Lord is your Shepherd; you shall not want. He makes you lie down in green pastures and leads you beside still waters (Psalm 23:1-2). You are not subject to the will of man or any earthly system, but to the will of God alone.
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily so that you may stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17), and meditate on Scripture to renew your mind (Romans 12:2). The enemy flees when we resist him, steadfast in the faith (1 Peter 5:9).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We lift up this dear one to You, asking for Your divine protection and deliverance from every evil assignment. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression that has sought to harass and control. We declare that these dreams and their manifestations have no power over this child of God. We cancel every curse, every lie, and every plan of the enemy against their life. We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, their spirit, and their circumstances.
Father, we ask that You would surround them with Your angels and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith and remind them that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We pray that You would break every chain of control or manipulation from any person or organization, and that You would restore their sense of security and purpose in You. Lord, we ask that You would reveal Your truth and Your will for their life, and that You would guide their steps according to Your perfect plan.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for them, that they may recognize the enemy’s tactics and stand firm in Your truth. Help them to put on the full armor of God daily and to walk in the victory that Christ has already won. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and that every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the authority we have in Jesus’ name to overcome every attack of the enemy.
In Jesus’ mighty and powerful name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Continue to seek Him through prayer and His Word, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). You are not alone, and the battle belongs to the Lord.
