Fatally Illness

A couple that are my friends married about 3 months ago. The husband, named Mark called me up the other day and told me that he was terminally ill and has very short time left to live. His wife, Patricia that is an immigrant has no family of her own in this country and is very dependent on him.

Furthermore It was not long ago that she lost someone very dear to her.
