I ask for your prayers today, I have begun fasting to cleanse my sole, I am doing it for just today but as time goes by I will be increasing it, pray for me to keep my eyes on the lord. Thank you all

I’ve been eating very poorly and I wanted to keep healthy cleanse my stomach whilst fasting so I wouldn’t be too unhealthy looking when I break the fast it cleanse my system helps me sleep and concentrate.
