Fasting/Aleksi

Last week I asked you to pray for me as I fasted. I felt God urging me to do so and felt that I would get some kind of blessing with our situation with Aleksi. As is our nature, I expected to have her back and a great miracle. I did receive a miracle. just not in the great proportion I was seeking and expecting. We have never received pictures of Aleksi from the other grandmother. She sent pictures of her. Praise the Lord!! Sometimes we fail to see that what we are expecting as a great miracle and then think we did not get one, in reality is. It was a miracle for Mary (other grandmother) to take that step and send those pictures. I of course didn't see it at first, but God opened my eyes to it. Thank you Jesus. We prayed for Aleksi last night at Bible study and today we talked to a clerk at the court in CO and they directed us to a website that provides you with every legal form you could ever need or want. We filed them out, petitioning the court( status hearing on Sept 30) for guardianship. Her mother has signed a form stating that she will give parental custody over to us. We hope this will be acknowlerdged and considered, Please continue to pray for us in this situation. We are constantly being blessed. Thank you and Thankl God for each of you.

Father, I praise You for opening my sister's eyes to the little answers You are giving us all the time. I ask for Your continued and completed work in this situation and I give You all the glory, honor and praise for all the good work You are showing us. In Jesus hallowed name I pray, amen.

Thank you for softening the heart of Mary. Lord lead her to do what is best for Aleksi.

I petition you to make a way for Aleksi to be released into the custody of Janice. Let the courts,lawyers, social workers, etc., see the truth of the situation. May all those concerned work collaboratively for this child, Lord. Please protect her physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally from the turmoil around her. May she be brought up in a Christian home and led to salvation and a place in your Kingdom. Please bless her all of her days. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
