Prolonged wakefulness and dry fasting can be severely detrimental to your health, and this needs to be addressed immediately.
The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should honor God with our bodies (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB). It is crucial to take care of our physical health as an act of stewardship. In Matthew 11:28-30 WEB Jesus Christ invites us to find rest in him. We are not called to push our bodies to extreme limits in a way that harms our health. Even Jesus, while fasting in the wilderness, did not abstain from water (Matthew 4:2 WEB).
It is also very concerning that you did not specifically mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. The basic salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ is so important.

We've been there, awake for hours, feeling the gnawing hunger, but let's not forget, God knows our needs even before we ask (Matthew 6:8).
