My Lord, being that we are human, weak and insignificant, most of the time it is difficult for us to believe that You are really here, that You exist, that there is Someone who loves us and sent His Son to die in our name, for our sins. In fact many of us have seen Your power and have received your mercy and still we doubt. Dear Lord I beg You to erase all doubt from my heart, Dear Jesus I do not need to put my finger in your wounds, I believe and I turn myself and my life over to You. Dear Jesus I beg you give me strength and courage to follow the path you have prepared for me. Dear Jesus You are ever present in our lives but most of the time it is easier for us to ignore that, or maybe it is that we do not see You, we are moving too fast, we are worried about our problems, we are depressed ort sad, there are so many reasons why we loose ourselves that these pages are not enough to relate them. Why do we do this? Is it our fear to committing to You and Your rules and regulations? Why You only have ten of them, some are them are tough but most are simple, men's laws are many, many and yet we strive to obey them. Why can't we obey YOurs? Why do we refuse to accept Your existance, Your Kingdom? The answer is easy, we believe we can do all by ourselves, somewhere down the line man become arrogant, became proud, somewehre we started to believe that we produced everything we have, that everything we own is ours and that we got these things by ourselves. But this is not true, God owns everything, everything comes from God and we receive it because He wants us to receive it, even if we wanted we could not make a drop of rain fall or make a seed grow. It is Him who does all this and has done it always.
Being that we believce we are what we are not, and being that God in His inmense wisdom has given us the right to choose where we want to go and how, in our arrogance and pride we waste the gifts God has given us and we spend what we do not have and we cherish material things that Gos has given us to use as intruments towards our goals and not as goals for our lives. Men and women all over the world strive and sacrifice their lives in order to have money, millions and millions of dollars, why??? with what purpose?? They do it without reason, they do it because their hearts are empty and their souls are alone, they do not love, they do not trust, they simply live day after day in a world of darkness, pain and fear of loosing what they have hoarded.
This is insane, when you die, because we wiull all die, it does not matter what science says or what anybody else says. We will die and we will stand before the LOrd one day and we will have to explain all our actions , every minute of our lives will be examined closely. Will you tell God that you spent your life hoarding riches?or will you tell him you spent your life serving HIm and His children? Yes money is a necessity, we all need money, but it is not meant to be a goal, it is meant to be the means to achieve a goal which is to live in peace and harmony, to love and cherish Our Lord God who gave us the money in the first place.
We are here to serve Him and not to serve ourselves. Dear Jesus I b eg You to listen to my words, I beg You for strength and for insight to continue on this path I am following. I know My Lord I am going in the right direction for I have seen the signs. Samll miracles every day, small things here and there tell me Lord that I am on the right path. Dear Jesus I come to tyhis place to pray every time I have a chance, I see pain, sorrow, hurt, worry and fear every day and I pray for these people constantly. Dear Jesus I come today to beg that You touch the people that come here in search of relief, let them know LOrd that You know what is happeining to them and that You will solve their problems. Let those in doubt know Lord that you are waiting with your arms open for thewm to come close. You have never rejected anyone, it does not matter where he comes from or what he has done, I know it for a fact for I have been and I have done things that do not even cross most people's minds, and ywet Lord when I came before You asking for forgiveness asking that You take me in Your arms and allow me to rest, to heal and to change in Your arms, all You did my Lord was look down on me and smiled. That is You my LOrd of Mercy and love, eternal, ever forgiving, loving and merciful, my friends all of you who come here with me to feel closer to others and to Goid himself, let us raise our eyes to the heavens and thank him with all our hearts, tyurn our lives over to Him to His service and we will see change, we will see the sun start to shine where there was once darkness and fear. Thank you Jesus in You we trust.
