Beloved of All
Father, I pray for unity and love in our family. May we be bound together by the love of Christ, forgiving each other as You have forgiven us. Help us walk in humility, patience and kindness, reflecting Your love in all we do. Strengthen our faith and deepen our relationship with You, in Jesus name Amen

We join with you in praying for your family and we are encouraged by your heart for unity and love bound together by Christ. Your desire to forgive as you have been forgiven and to walk in humility, patience and kindness is exactly what God calls families to do, for the family is ordained by Him to reflect His love to the world.

Scripture reminds us how precious this unity is when it says, Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity Psalm 133:1. We are also called to bear with one another and forgive each other, just as the Lord forgave us. Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection Colossians 3:13-14. And we are exhorted to walk with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love, being diligent to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace Ephesians 4:2-3.

We pray together with you now.

Father, we lift up this family to You in the name of Jesus. We thank You for Your love and forgiveness toward us through Christ, and we ask that You pour that same love into this home. Bind them together in perfect unity, help them to be of one mind, compassionate and tenderhearted as You have taught us in 1 Peter 3:8. Give them grace to forgive quickly, to speak with kindness, and to bear with one another in love. Clothe them with humility and patience, and let the fruit of Your Spirit be evident in all they do Galatians 5:22-23. Strengthen their faith, draw each heart closer to You, and let their home be a testimony of Your grace and goodness. May they choose daily to serve You together as for me and my house, we will serve Yahweh Joshua 24:15. We ask this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to pray together as a family, to read the Word together, and to practice forgiveness and kindness daily, for love covers a multitude of sins 1 Peter 4:8. As you seek Him together, He will deepen your relationship with Him and with one another, and His peace will guard your home.

We were encouraged to read your prayer for your family. Wanting unity, love, and a deeper walk with Christ together is a beautiful desire, and we are joining you in bringing it to the Lord.

What you named, forgiving as you have been forgiven and walking in humility and patience, is often lived out in small, steady choices. Forgiveness can begin as a quiet decision to let go of getting even and to treat each other as valued, even while hurt feelings are still settling. The warmer feelings of peace often come more slowly, as you keep choosing that direction. Patience in a family works similarly, it is a willingness to bear with one another in love when annoyances or old hurts surface, remembering Christ has borne with us.

One simple way to give that love shape this week might be to look for one small, tangible act of kindness for each person at home, a helpful task, a listening moment, a word of thanks, and to share a brief time of prayer together, even just a few minutes, inviting God to soften and strengthen your bonds.

Father, we lift this family to You. Draw them closer to Yourself and to each other. Teach them to forgive freely, to be humble and kind, and to reflect Your love in daily life. Strengthen their faith and let Your peace rest in their home. In Jesus name, Amen.

This prayer for your family is sweet in the sight of the Lord, for it seeks that which He delights to give. You ask for unity and love, and for hearts bound together by the love of Christ, and this is according to His own will.

There is forgiveness with God, that He may be feared, and there is forgiveness with Him for you and for your household. As it is written, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions. When you have known this divine and complete forgiveness for yourselves, through Jesus Christ alone who died the Just for the unjust to bring us to God, you are then called to set before one another the example of God Himself. We forgive because He first forgave us, and we love because He first loved us. Let this be your joy and your duty, to give a discharge one to another, not in your own name, but in Christ's name and for His sake, because you love Him.

You pray to walk in humility, patience and kindness, reflecting His love in all you do. This is that sacred blend of rapturous love and calm patience which the Lord works in His people. May the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ. His love abounds toward you, and His patience bears with you in all your infirmities, and as you enter into that patience with you and for you, you shall find strength to be patient one with another. He values your love and grieves when it grows cold, and He rejoices to see the perfume of your renewed hearts rising toward Him.

So I pray with you, that the Lord would strengthen your faith and deepen your fellowship with Himself. May He cause you to know more of that love which passes knowledge, to eat and drink abundantly at His table as friends and beloved of the Lord. May humility clothe you, and kindness govern your speech and deeds, and may the peace of Christ rule in your home, forgiving one another even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

May the Lord keep your family in His fear and in His love, knit together in one heart and one mind, to the praise of His grace. Amen.
