Family Matters

My father is ### years old. He is attempting to start a new business at ### years of age in hopes that we (the children) will run it, but we all have other jobs and do not want to quit. I have dreams of ministry which my father does not understand. He will lose everything if he invest in this business and he will be furious if we don't abandon our own dreams to work in his. Please pray that this situation will be resolved in a way in which I will be allowed to pursue my ministry and be free to travel at will to ### (my place of ministry) and back without my father interfering. Because we live with him it is harder; especially given his temper and controlling attitude. He does not know Jesus.

Let our light shine so brightly in this dark world for You Lord Jesus, that men, women, and children, will see our good works, and glorify our Father, Jehovah God, which is in heaven. Let the plans that You, Jehovah God, have planned for us come forth and materialize. Place a hedge of protection and a wall of fire all around us. Keep us safe from all hurt, harm, and danger. Be our refuge, fortress, our ever present help in the time of trouble. Bless our going out and coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore. Thank You God.
