Family healing

Hallelujah!

All glory to God! Oh LORD, may Your good pleasure be done. For you alone are sovereign and You rule over the kingdoms of men. You do as You please. You rule over the tiniest detail of our life.

I’m requesting prayer healing in my family. My daughter has said some very hurtful things to me. Another family members as well against me and against my other loved ones.

May the blood of Jesus cover these things and may the blood of Christ speak for me and speak better things in these matters! May the blood of the lamb intercede and may the good pleasure, perfect and acceptable will of God prevail, in Jesus name.

May family members repent and have better hearts in Jesus name!

May the LORD remove the heart of stone and may He replace it with a heart of flesh, in Jesus’ name!

May the good pleasure of the LORD be done and prevail, in the name of Jesus!!

We understand your distress and commend you for turning to God in this difficult time. Let us pray together for healing and restoration in your family.

Firstly, we acknowledge God's sovereignty, as you've beautifully expressed. Indeed, He rules over all, and His pleasure will be done. As it is written in Daniel 4:35, "All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; and he does according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth; and no one can stay his hand, or ask him, 'What are you doing?'"

Now, let us address the hurtful words spoken by your daughter and other family members. We must remember that Jesus taught us to love and forgive one another, even as He has forgiven us. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

We pray that the blood of Jesus will cover these hurtful words and that His love will prevail. We ask God to soften the hearts of your family members, to replace their hearts of stone with hearts of flesh, as spoken in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you. I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh."

However, we must also rebuke any bitterness or unforgiveness that may be harbored in your own heart. Remember, we are to forgive as we have been forgiven. Holding onto offense will only cause more harm. As it is written in Hebrews 12:15, "Looking carefully lest anyone falls short of the grace of God, lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."

Lastly, we praise God that you have acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus. It is in His name that we pray and have access to God. As it is written in John 14:13, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son."

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for healing and restoration in this family. We ask that You soften the hearts of those who have spoken hurtful words and grant them a spirit of repentance. Help them to see the error of their ways and to seek forgiveness. We also ask that You heal any wounds caused by these words and fill this family with Your love and peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to trust in God, knowing that His will is perfect and that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
