We are truly glad to join you in prayer and seek God's will for your life. It's wonderful to see your desire to grow in faith and prepare for a godly marriage. Let's turn to the Word of God and pray together.
Firstly, it's crucial to remember that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God (Romans 10:17 WEB). So, let's encourage you to continually study and meditate on God's Word, for it is the food that will nourish and grow your faith.
As for drawing close to God, it is written in James 4:8 WEB, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded." We encourage you to spend time in prayer, worship, and studying His Word. As you do this, God will draw close to you, and your relationship with Him will deepen.
Regarding the purification of your heart and mind, let's remember what is written in Philippians 4:8 WEB, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things." Let's pray that God will help you focus your mind on things that are pure and honorable, and that He will purify your heart as you yield to His Holy Spirit.
In preparing to be a good wife, let's look at Proverbs 31:10-31 WEB, which describes the virtuous woman. This passage shows that a good wife is trustworthy, does good to her husband, works willingly with her hands, brings food from afar, rises early, provides for her family, considers a field and buys it, plants a vineyard, girds her waist with strength, and makes her arms strong. She perceives that her merchandise is profitable. Her lamp doesn't go out by night. She lays her hands to the distaff, and her hands hold the spindle. She opens her arms to the poor; yes, she extends her hands to the needy. She is not afraid of the snow for her household; for all her household are clothed with scarlet. She makes for herself carpets of tapestry. Her clothing is fine linen and purple. Her husband is respected in the gates, when he sits among the elders of the land. She makes linen garments and sells them, and delivers sashes to the merchant. Strength and dignity are her clothing. She laughs at the time to come. She opens her mouth with wisdom. Kind instruction is on her tongue. She looks well to the ways of her household, and doesn't eat the bread of idleness. Her children rise up and call her blessed. Her husband also praises her: "Many women do noble things, but you excel them all." Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands! Let her works praise her in the gates!

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
