We rejoice with you as you seek to walk faithfully with our Lord Jesus Christ, placing your hope in Him, and desiring a family of your own. It is wonderful to hear that you are looking for a wife and wanting to raise children in the ways of the Lord. Remember, the Bible tells us that "he who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh" Proverbs 18:22 WEB.
As you pursue a godly marriage, remember this is a way we can model Christ's love and commitment to the church. "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it;" Ephesians 5:25. Continue to trust in the Lord's timing and guidance as you seek a Christian spouse.
Regarding your career, relationships, and church involvement, we encourage you to keep God at the center. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men," Colossians 3:23 WEB. Your relationships should glorify God, and your involvement in the church is vital for spiritual growth and fellowship. "Not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching." Hebrews 10:25 WEB.
It is wonderful that you desire to do God's will. Jesus himself said, "I can do nothing of myself, but as I hear, I judge, and my judgment is righteous; because I don’t seek my own will, but the will of my Father who sent me." John 5:30 WEB. Continue to worship, sing, pray, and thank Him in all circumstances, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you 1 Thessalonians 5:18 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother in Christ. We thank You for his faith and his desire to walk closely with You. We pray that You would guide him in his journey, providing him with a godly wife and blessing him with children that would grow to serve You. We ask for Your blessing in His career, relationships and his fellowship with other believers.
Help him to discern and follow Your will, worshipping, singing, praying, and giving thanks as a sweet aroma to Your holy name.
We pray this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who is the only way to access God, and the only name by which we can be saved. As the scriptures say, "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace," Ephesians 1:7 WEB.
Amen.
