Face the giants

Thank You for this giant of an unanswered prayer.




Thank You for the insurmountable wall.




Thank You for the chance to demonstrate faith and trust in You.






If it were easy, it would not have been faith.




And without faith, it is impossible to please You.


Yet, people who came before have done it before,




through the inspiration of Your Spirit,




through relying upon You alone,




they succeeded against all odds.









Since we have such a great cloud of witnesses,




those who came before in whom You are pleased,




we choose this day to trust in You.









Nothing is impossible with You,




and even if the wall hasn't physically tumbled down yet,




we choose to praise You for the chance to bless You with faith




and unconditional trust.
