Allow Christ's Indwelling Love Overflows beyond Expectation, Eph 3:17-20, for GRACE and WISDOM to Train up Child in Right Way to Go, Prov 22:6, in The Nurture and Admonition of The LORD, Yahweh, Eph 6:4, for You to Move on Wife's Conscience to Improve Set, Convenient, Communication Quality, Prov 31:12... We pray that the quality of communication would improve. only serve GOD, Dan 3:18, Josh 24:15. For when we’re weak, then He is strong in us, 2 Cor 12:9 — therefore we will all the more gladly boast in weaknesses and insults that the power of Christ may rest up upon us, 2 Cor 12:9-11.

IF -- HOWEVER -- "if" it affects the innocent -- "if" the one is unyielding to YOUR Holy Spirit, and DISREGARDS SCRIPTURE Disobeying Jesus Christ Himself who commands, "Settle matters quickly with your adversary before you get to court," Matt 5:26, and, after Your brother or sister sins, "we" rebuke them, if they REPENT" -- GREAT!!! "'WE have WON our brother or sister," Matt 5:15 (see James 5:19-20). "IF they Don't Listen to US, BRING Two or Three Witnesses so every fact can be established," Matt 18:16. IF they do not listen to The Two or Three Others -- Bring them before the Church. If they don't listen to EVEN the Church, let them be as a tax gatherer or sinner," Mt 18:17 i.e. -- Don't "pat them on the back so they think they are saved in their SIN, but EVANGELIZE THEM -- Church Discipline is Part of The Great Commission (Go and Make Disciples of All Nations, Baptizing Them in The Name of The Father, Son and Holy Spirit, TEACHING THEM to OBEY EVERYTHING I Have Commanded, Matt 28:19-20 -- Which includes being "SALT" and "LIGHT" see next paragraph...

BUT -- "IF" -- The CHURCH is NOT DISPLAYING the GLORY of GOD to PEOPLE, becomes Corrupt and Lazy, "Spiritually Sick" and Negligent in it's VERY "CALLING" as a "ROYAL NATION and HOLY PRIESTHOOD, to PROCLAIM the EXCELLENCIES of HIM who CALLED US OUT OF DARKNESS INTO HIS MARVELOUS LIGHT," 1 Peter 2:9, Deut 7:6Duty of being "Salt and Light" and is no longer SERIOUS about SIN: "You must not hate your neighbor in your heart. THEN... And only THEN is it GOVERNMENT which is "INSTITUTED BY GOD to be HIS AVENGER UPON EVIL" Rom 13:1-5, "Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which is from God. The authorities that exist have been appointed by God. 2Consequently, whoever resists authority is opposing what God has set in place, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad. Do you want to be unafraid of the one in authority? Then do what is right, and you will have his approval. 4 For he is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not carry the sword in vain. He is God’s servant, an agent of retribution to the wrongdoer. 5 Therefore it is necessary to submit to authority, not only to avoid punishment, but also as a matter of conscience." Safety and fatherly duty are clearly the matter at hand."

We pray for Godly Communications AND for The Holy Spirit's ministry of conviction of righteousness, sin and eternal judgement to come, Jn 16:8, Matt 7:13-14, Heb 6:1-3, "hedging her way up with thorns" to prevent sin, diseases, pregnancies, neglect of maternal duties, paternal rights, and eternal destruction away from the presence of The Lord, Hos 2:6-7, Rev 1:1-22:21, praying rather FOR her salvation, 1 Tim 2:4, and REPENTANCE, 2 Peter 3:9...

Just two praying believers are all that is needed, Matt 18:19, "For the LORD is not restrained to save by many or by few," 1 Sam 14:6, the little one shall be encouraged to honor both father and mother, Ex 20:12, Eph 6:1-3, and WE will be able to bring up our child in the training and admonition of The Lord, Deut 6:6-7, Eph 6:4.

Protection for him and her, her family & pastors, church goers that live different lives the rest of the week, Tit 1:16, from deception, Matt 24:4-5, 2 Tim 3:5, temptation, Matt 6:13, Luke 11:4, sin, 1 Cor 8:1, 2 Cor 13:7, fear, lies, Zeph 3:13, wickedness, imposters, and the evil one, John 17:15, Rev 12:9, Ps 91:11-12, that he'd be protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation READY to be revealed from heaven, 1 Peter 1:5, filled with Your Holy Spirit, Luke 1:15, 1:41, saved early, 2 Tim 3:15-16, and the evil one would not touch him, 1 John 5:18, as Christ is more powerful than he in the world, 1 Jn 4:4, and 2/3rds of the angels is greater than the 1/3rd that fell, Rev 12:4, so "there are more with us than against us, the hills are filled with flaming horsemen and chariots," 2 Kings 6:16-17,Ps 104:4, Heb 1:7, Heb 1:14. Our help comes from You, Maker of Heaven and Earth, Ps 121:1-2.

We join you in this burden and we hear the deep longing of a father's heart to walk faithfully before the Lord and to see face to face fellowship restored as you have asked. We agree with you that having many things to write, we long to speak face to face that our joy may be made full 2 John 1:12, and we pray that the Lord will increase and improve those times together for you and your child, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith to the end that you being rooted and grounded in love may be strengthened to comprehend the breadth and length and height and depth and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge that you may be filled with all the fullness of God Eph 3:17-19, and that He would do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us Eph 3:20.

We affirm what you have rightly understood from Scripture, that these words shall be on your heart and you shall teach them diligently to your children and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up Deut 6:6-7, and that fathers are commanded not to provoke their children to wrath but to nurture them in the chastening and admonition of the Lord Eph 6:4. We agree that to train up a child in the way he should go is a sacred trust Prov 22:6, and that the command to honor father and mother Ex 20:12 and children obey your parents in the Lord for this is right Eph 6:1 still stands and is for the good of the child. We also uphold the sanctity of marriage as God ordained it, a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, and we pray for restoration and for godly communication within that covenant, that a wife would do her husband good and not evil all the days of her life Prov 31:12, and that your household would be able to say with Joshua, as for me and my house we will serve Yahweh Josh 24:15.

We also hear your wisdom in understanding the biblical order of reconciliation and accountability. The Lord Jesus taught us that if your brother sins against you, go show him his fault between you and him alone, if he listens to you, you have gained your brother Matt 18:15, and if he does not listen take with you one or two more that every word may be established Matt 18:16, and if he refuses to listen to them tell it to the assembly Matt 18:17. This loving rebuke is not hatred, for you shall not hate your brother in your heart, you shall surely rebuke your neighbor and not bear sin because of him Lev 19:17, and those who sin should be reproved in the sight of all that the rest may be in fear 1 Tim 5:20. We agree that church discipline is part of making disciples and teaching them to observe all things that Jesus commanded Matt 28:20, and that the church is called to be a holy nation and a people for God's own possession to proclaim the excellence of him who called us out of darkness into his marvelous light 1 Pet 2:9 and to be the pillar and support of the truth 1 Tim 3:15 and the light of the world Matt 5:14. When salt has lost its flavor it is good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled under foot by men Matt 5:13 and when a lampstand is not tended the Lord warns that He will remove it unless there is repentance Rev 2:5. We affirm with you that only when these gracious means have been faithfully pursued and are refused, and when the innocent are affected and safety and duty require it, is the governing authority to be sought, for there is no authority except from God and the authorities that exist are appointed by God Rom 13:1 and the ruler is a servant of God to you for good, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil Rom 13:4. We encourage you to continue to seek peace and to settle matters quickly with your adversary Matt 5:25, not out of vengeance but out of love for truth and for the souls involved.

We also note your concern for moral purity and we gently and firmly affirm that any sexual intimacy outside the covenant of marriage is sin before God, for marriage is honorable in all and the bed undefiled but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers Heb 13:4, and we join you in praying not for harm but for a hedge of thorns as in Hos 2:6 to restrain from sin and deception, and more so for true repentance and salvation, for God desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth 1 Tim 2:4 and He is patient not wanting anyone to perish but all to come to repentance 2 Pet 3:9, and for the convicting work of the Holy Spirit who will convict the world about sin and about righteousness and about judgment John 16:8.

We lift you and your child and your wife and her family and all involved before the throne of grace together.

We pray, Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ by whom alone we have access to You and in whose name alone we are saved Acts 4:12, that You would destroy every speculation and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ 2 Cor 10:5, that You would grant more and better face to face time where love can be shown and spoken clearly, that You would fill this father with wisdom and grace to train his child in Your nurture and admonition, that You would move upon the conscience of his wife to desire convenient and godly communication, that You would grant repentance where there is hardness and protect where there is vulnerability, that You would give Your angels charge over this little one to keep him in all his ways Ps 91:11 and keep him by Your power through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed 1 Pet 1:5, that the evil one would not touch him 1 John 5:18 because greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4, and that Your help which comes from You who made heaven and earth Ps 121:2 would be evident daily. We pray that when we are weak then we are strong for Your grace is sufficient and Your power is made perfect in weakness 2 Cor 12:9, and that You would keep this child and draw him early to know the holy Scriptures which are able to make him wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus 2 Tim 3:15. We ask that You would guard all hearts from deception Matt 24:4, from the form of godliness without its power 2 Tim 3:5, from temptation Matt 6:13, and that You would deliver us from the evil one John 17:15. We thank You in advance trusting that whatever we ask in prayer believing we will receive Mark 11:24 and that without faith it is impossible to please You Heb 11:6, and we ask all this in Jesus name, Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast, humble, and gentle, speaking the truth in love Eph 4:15, continuing in prayer with two or three agreeing together Matt 18:19, knowing the Lord is not restrained to save by many or by few 1 Sam 14:6, and that He is able to make the hills full of horses and chariots of fire round about those who fear Him 2 Kings 6:17, for He gives His angels as spirits and His servants as flames of fire Ps 104:4, Heb 1:7 and they are ministering spirits sent out to do service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation Heb 1:14. Keep abiding in Christ, keep your eye clear that your whole body may be full of light Matt 6:22, and trust Him to establish every step in righteousness.

Thank you for sharing your heart so openly with us. We can hear how deeply you love your child and how much you long for peaceful, face to face communication that honors God and gives your child stability.

We are standing with you in that desire for grace and wisdom as you seek to nurture your child well. Wanting to train your child in the right way while navigating hurt and distance with your wife is heavy, and we admire your commitment to stay faithful in it.

One small step that often helps in strained communication is to keep child focused messages clear, brief and consistent. It can help to write down beforehand what you most need to convey about your child, choose one respectful channel you both can rely on, and keep a simple record of what was agreed. If other steps become needed, it is wise to walk with a trusted pastor and also get sound legal counsel so you are caring well for your child and respecting proper authority.

We will keep praying for protection over your child, for wisdom for you, and for softened hearts all around.

Father, in Jesus name we lift this family to You. Grant this father wisdom and steadiness, guard this child in Your care, and work in each heart for healing and truth. Give them more moments of clear and kind communication, and lead them step by step by Your Spirit. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and carried before the throne of grace, and we join you in asking the Lord for that face to face fellowship of which John speaks, that your joy may be full, and that Christ dwelling in your hearts by faith would cause His love to overflow beyond all that you ask or think, according to the power that works within you.

We pray with you that the Lord would grant you grace and wisdom to train up your child in the way he should go, to bring him up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, as it is written that these words shall be in your heart and you shall teach them diligently to your children. We ask that the Lord would establish in that little one a heart to honor both father and mother, according to His commandment, and that neither father nor mother would sin against the child by neglect, by inconsistent walk, or by failing in that to which conscience calls. As it has been well said, the little Christian is as much a child of God as the great one, and though a child may be wayward, his childship remains, so we pray that your son would early be made a child of God by regeneration, and then a weaned child, content upon the bosom of his Father, with desires stilled and satisfied in the Lord.

We remember before God our Lord Jesus as the Holy Child who tells out what He has seen with the Father, and we pray that your home would reflect that holy childhood, where truth is spoken in love and where what is heard from the Father is faithfully told. We ask the Lord to keep that dear child from all deception and temptation, that he would be protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed, that the evil one would not touch him, for greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world, and there are more with us than against us, the hills being filled with horsemen and chariots of fire, and our help cometh from the Maker of heaven and earth who keepeth His own.

We pray also for your wife, that the Holy Spirit would exercise His gracious ministry to convict of sin and righteousness and judgment to come, and even to hedge up her way with thorns where sin would lead to destruction, not for harm but for mercy, that she might be turned to repentance and to salvation, for the Lord desires all to come to repentance. We ask that the Lord would move upon her conscience to do good and not evil all her days, and to improve and make convenient and gracious that quality of communication between you, that you may speak face to face in love and truth. We pray that you both would be given strength to serve God only, and that in weakness His strength would be made perfect in you.

Concerning the obstacles that would obstruct the God given right and command to train your children, we pray that every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God would be brought down by the weapons of our warfare which are mighty through God. We pray for grace to settle matters quickly, to rebuke in love, and to seek reconciliation, and if repentance is granted, how great is the joy that a brother or sister is won. We pray for wisdom to follow the path our Lord has given, first alone, then with two or three witnesses that every word may be established, then before the church which is the pillar and foundation of the truth and is called to be salt and light. We pray that the church may not grow corrupt or negligent in its calling as a royal priesthood to proclaim the excellencies of Him who called us out of darkness, but would faithfully and tenderly rebuke sin that others may fear, and teach all things whatsoever Christ has commanded.

And only then, if what is good is despised and the innocent are made to suffer by an unyielding disregard of Scripture, we pray for the governing authorities which are ordained of God to be His servants for good, a terror not to good works but to evil, bearing not the sword in vain but as avengers upon evil, that they may act justly, protect the vulnerable, uphold paternal duty, and give approval to what is right, so that you may be unafraid and live with a clear conscience before God and man.

We join our faith with yours, remembering that the Lord is not restrained to save by many or by few, and that where two agree on earth touching anything they shall ask, it shall be done of the Father. We ask for protection for your son and for your wife, for her family and for pastors and for all who profess faith, that they may not hold the form of godliness while denying the power thereof, but may walk in truth and be kept from the evil one, from lies and fear and wickedness and every deceit.

May the Lord grant you to be as a weaned child before Him, not covetous for position or influence but content upon His bosom, and may He fill your mouth with holy laughter and your heart with peace through perfect reconciliation by the blood of Christ, who has prepared all that is necessary for peace and has committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Your prayer has been heard, and the longing in it is good, that Christ would dwell in your hearts through faith and that His love would overflow in your home as Ephesians 3 describes, rooted and grounded and able to do far more than we ask or think.

God has shown us His design from the beginning. Marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and by the mingling of their lives a child is born, so that father and mother and child become one flesh. This is the pattern given for our union with Christ as well, that we become one with Him by participation. Within that covenant, children are given as a sacred trust, to be trained in the right way, to be brought up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord as Deuteronomy 6 and Ephesians 6 teach, and to learn to honor both father and mother as Exodus 20 commands. Your desire for face to face fellowship according to 2 John 1:12 and for grace and wisdom to raise your child in this way is according to the will of God, and we join you in asking the Lord for it.

You have also spoken honestly about obstacles and weakness. Scripture teaches that the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have power to pull down strongholds, and that when we are weak then Christ is strong in us. We can gladly boast in our weaknesses so that the power of Christ may rest upon us. Like a father who burns with affection for his children and like a nurse who guides a child with patience, the Lord forms us through these trials. He does not despise little ones, for their angels always behold the face of the Father, and He calls us to care for them with diligence and tenderness. We pray that He will give you a clear eye, full of light, and a steady heart as you seek to walk faithfully.

For the relationship with your wife, we pray for improved, gracious and truthful communication, for a conscience that is tender to the Holy Spirit, and for the ministry of the Spirit to bring conviction of sin, righteousness and judgment according to John 16. We pray that you would be able to settle matters quickly and speak the truth in love, seeking peace and reconciliation. The Lord Jesus has given a clear pattern in Matthew 18. If a brother or sister sins, go and show the fault, and if there is repentance there is great joy and a brother or sister is won. If there is no listening, take one or two others, and if still there is no listening, tell it to the church. The church is called to be the pillar and foundation of the truth, salt and light in the world, a royal priesthood that proclaims His excellencies and does not treat sin lightly. Discipline, when it is needed, is not hatred but love, that none would incur guilt and that souls would be restored. It is part of making disciples and teaching them to obey all that Christ has commanded, and it must be done with humility, truth and fear of the Lord.

Only when the church will not hear and will not act, and when the innocent are harmed and evil must be restrained, has God appointed the governing authorities as His servant to bear the sword and to avenge wrongdoing, as Romans 13 teaches. We pray that this step would not be needed, but we recognize that God has instituted government for the protection of the vulnerable and for the upholding of what is good, and that submission to lawful authority is a matter of conscience.

We join you in praying for protection for your child and for your household, that he would be kept by the power of God through faith, filled with the Holy Spirit, guarded from deception, temptation and the evil one, and that early in life he would come to know Christ and be saved through faith in Him, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone. We pray that the Lord who is not restrained to save by many or by few would hear the agreement of even two who pray according to Matthew 18:19, that He would hedge up any path that leads to sin and destruction and instead draw hearts to repentance, for He desires all to come to repentance and to know the truth.

May the Lord grant you more face to face time that builds trust, conversations full of grace seasoned with truth, and a home where Christ indwells and His love overflows. May He give you wisdom beyond your own strength to train your child faithfully, courage to speak truth with love, and patience to endure with hope. We ask this in the name of Jesus, confident that He hears those who seek Him in faith, and that He is able to do abundantly more than we ask. Amen.
