We stand with you in this spiritual battle, lifting your family before the Lord with fervent agreement, for where two or more are gathered in His name, He is in the midst (Matthew 18:20). Your prayer is powerful because it is rooted in the authority of Jesus Christ, and we join you in declaring His victory over every scheme of the enemy. The blood of Jesus is indeed our greatest weapon, and we plead it over your home, your children, and every area of your lives tonight.
Your heart for your older daughter is clear—you see the danger of her living arrangement, and we must address this with both love and truth. The Word of God is unmistakable: *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Living together outside of marriage is fornication, and it opens the door to spiritual bondage, confusion, and the enemy’s influence. This is not God’s design for His children. His plan is purity, holiness, and marriage as a covenant between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Hebrews 13:4).
We pray that your daughter’s eyes will be opened to the truth of God’s Word and that the Holy Spirit will convict her heart. May she recognize that her current situation is not only spiritually dangerous but also dishonoring to the Lord. We rebuke the spirit of deception that has led her to believe this arrangement is acceptable or unavoidable. *"The god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them"* (2 Corinthians 4:4). But we declare that the scales will fall from her eyes, just as they did for Saul on the road to Damascus (Acts 9:18). Let her feel the weight of conviction, not condemnation, and give her the courage to walk away from this ungodly tie. Surround her with godly influences—friends, mentors, or family—who will speak truth in love and support her return to righteousness.
For your son, we lift him up with compassion, knowing the battles he faces with PTSD and anxiety. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May he experience the healing power of the Holy Spirit, who is our Comforter (John 14:26). Let his dreams be filled with visions of hope and restoration, and may he wake refreshed, knowing that the Lord fights for him. We rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression in Jesus’ name, commanding them to flee and never return.
For your younger daughter, we ask the Lord to strengthen her body, sharpen her mind, and bless her endeavors. May she walk in divine health and favor, protected from every harm and distraction. *"Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity"* (1 Timothy 4:12). We pray she will grow in wisdom and discernment, rooted in the Word of God, and that her future will be marked by His supernatural provision and guidance.
As for this young man and his family, we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers (Ephesians 6:12). We bind every spirit of manipulation, control, and darkness operating through them and command those spirits to be silenced in Jesus’ name. May the Lord expose their tactics and render them powerless. If there is any opportunity for redemption in their lives, we pray they too will encounter the truth of the Gospel and turn from their ways. But we stand firm in declaring that their influence over your family is broken, and every ungodly soul tie is severed by the blood of Jesus.
We agree with you for a holiday season filled with the joy of the Lord, unity, and restoration. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that he will not succeed in your home. Instead, let this season be a testament to God’s faithfulness, love, and peace. *"Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit"* (Romans 15:13).
Finally, we remind you of the armor of God, which you must wear daily: the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the Gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Stand firm in these, praying always in the Spirit. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the blood of Jesus that covers this family. We ask You to dispatch Your warrior angels to surround their home, standing guard at every entrance, every window, and every corner. Let Your fire consume every demonic assignment against them. Lord, break every curse, every word spoken in darkness, and every plan of the enemy to bring harm. Fill their home with Your presence—let it be a place of worship, peace, and safety. Restore what has been broken, heal what has been wounded, and deliver what has been bound. Give this mother wisdom, strength, and discernment as she leads her family in righteousness. Let Your light shine so brightly in their lives that no darkness can remain. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
