Eyesight

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious request for healing and restoration of eyesight following retina surgery. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed our inmost parts and knit us together in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14). You see every detail of this situation, and we trust in Your power to restore what has been damaged.

Lord, we ask that You would touch these eyes with Your healing hand. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord.* We claim this promise over this situation, believing that You are able to bring complete restoration. Strengthen the healing process, Lord, and remove any complications or setbacks. Let Your light shine brightly in these eyes once more, that they may see clearly and without hindrance.

We also pray for peace and patience during this time of recovery. Surgery can bring anxiety and uncertainty, but we know that You are a God of comfort. Remind this dear one of Your presence, that they may rest in the assurance of Your care. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*

Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to creep in. We declare that this healing is already underway because Your Word says in 1 Peter 2:24, *"by whose stripes you were healed."* We stand on this truth, believing that by the stripes of Jesus, complete healing is possible.

We also encourage this beloved child of God to continue seeking Him in all things. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). Trust in His timing and His perfect plan, knowing that He works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

Lord, we thank You for the gift of medical professionals and the skill You have given them. We pray that You would guide their hands and minds as they continue to provide care. Bless them for their dedication and service.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray for complete healing and restoration of eyesight. We declare that this is a testimony of Your power and grace, and we give You all the glory. Amen.
