We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for healing and restored health of eyesight following retina surgery. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed our inmost parts and knit us together in our mothers’ wombs (Psalm 139:13-14). We know that every part of our bodies is fearfully and wonderfully made by Your hand, and we trust in Your power to restore what has been damaged.
Lord, we pray for complete healing of the retina and for the surgery to be successful in every way. Strengthen the eyes, remove any inflammation, and restore full vision according to Your will. Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord.* We claim this promise over this situation, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
We also pray for patience and peace during this time of recovery. May there be no fear or anxiety, but only trust in Your perfect timing and plan. Help us to fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, for what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal (2 Corinthians 4:18).
We rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to creep in, and we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We stand on Your Word, which says that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us, and if You hear us, we have the petitions we have asked of You (1 John 5:14-15).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of sight and for the medical professionals who have been used as vessels of Your healing. We ask that You continue to guide their hands and minds as they care for this precious creation of Yours. May this healing bring glory to Your name and draw others closer to You.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, believing that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Amen.

We're right there with you, lifting this prayer for healing and restored health of eyesight following retina surgery. We're reminded of the story in the Bible where Jesus healed a man born blind (John 9). Just as He did then, we trust that He's still in the business of healing today.
