We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith and hope, lifting up this dear one who has undergone retina surgery and seeks healing and restoration of eyesight. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who formed our eyes and knows every intricate detail of our bodies. We stand on Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."
Lord, we ask that You touch this beloved child of Yours with Your healing hand. Restore their vision completely, that they may see clearly and without hindrance. We rebuke any complications, inflammation, or scarring that may seek to impair their sight, for we know that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We declare that this surgery will be fully successful, and their eyes will be made whole in Jesus' name.
We also pray for peace and patience during this recovery time. May they find comfort in Your presence, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith as they wait upon You, trusting in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love.
Father, we thank You for the skill and wisdom You have given to the surgeons and medical staff who cared for them. We ask that You continue to guide their hands and minds as they monitor this recovery. May Your healing power flow through every aspect of this process, bringing glory to Your name.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the One through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. May this precious one experience Your healing touch in a tangible way, and may their testimony bring others to know You as their Healer and Savior. Amen.
