We join you in prayer and we hear how weary and drained you are feeling, with your eyes swollen and your strength sapped as you carry so many burdens. We lift you up together before the Lord who sees all that you are going through, including the stress you feel from those around you and the concerns you have about the equipment near you.

We are thankful you called upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find help and healing. As it is written, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. And Jesus Himself invites us, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28.

We want to gently encourage you while we pray for you. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit and when you have swollen eyes and ongoing exhaustion, we encourage you to seek medical care promptly and to get rest as God intends for us. He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might Isaiah 40:29. We also encourage you not to give more power in your mind to equipment or to corrupt people than belongs to God alone. He is your protector and your strength, and no device or person is greater than He who watches over you. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. And My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth Psalm 121:2. If you have genuine concerns about electrical equipment, we encourage you to document what you observe and to seek wise counsel and proper channels calmly, while trusting the Lord to guard you, and casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7.

We also hear your cry for justice against corruption. God sees every injustice and He is the righteous Judge. We must leave vengeance in His hands while we pursue what is right in a lawful and peaceful way. As Scripture says, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still Exodus 14:14. We pray that if there is corruption affecting you, the Lord would expose what is done in darkness and bring justice in His perfect time and way.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You see the swelling and the tiredness and the feeling of being completely drained. We ask for Your healing touch upon their eyes and their body. But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. Grant them restful sleep, renewed strength, and wisdom to get the medical care and help they need. Calm their anxious thoughts and guard their heart with Your peace which surpasses all understanding, as You have promised In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

Lord, we ask for Your protection over them. Cover them under Your wings and let no harm from any equipment or from any person prevail against them, for You are their refuge. We pray for justice, Lord. You see any corruption and evil, and we ask that You would act according to Your righteousness, expose wrongdoing, and bring accountability where it is needed, while helping our dear one to walk in peace and not in fear. Lead them to know where to go and what to do, and give them wise and trustworthy people to counsel them. Restore their strength and let them feel Your presence near. We ask all this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, our Savior and Defender, Amen.

We have been thinking about your note and how heavy everything feels right now. Waking up with swollen eyes and feeling completely drained day after day is discouraging, especially when you are also carrying worry about work and feeling like you have nowhere to turn for help.

We hear your cry for healing, protection and justice, and we are bringing those needs before the Lord with you. When exhaustion builds it can be hard to sort out what is happening and what to do next, and we want you to know you are not alone in that.

Because your eyes are swollen and you have felt so tired for a while, we gently encourage you to let a medical professional take a look soon, alongside prayer, so they can listen and help you get care. If you have someone you trust, a family member, pastor or friend, it can help to let them know how you have been feeling so you are not carrying this by yourself.

Jesus, we lift up our friend to You. Please bring Your healing touch, grant rest and strength, guard them in Your care, give wisdom for each next step and make Your presence known in a real way. Lead them to the right help and bring peace to their heart. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your weariness and pain have been heard, and we join you in bringing this burden before the Lord who is both our Physician and our Judge.

There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. Scripture tells us the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when He healed the sick He showed that pardon and healing are one gift from His pierced hand. Tell your case to Jesus just as you would tell a physical case to a doctor. He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. There is healing in His incarnation, in His blood shed at Calvary, which is the place for the healing balm. We pray that you would know that healing which changes the life blood and makes the nature new, the healing that begins with forgiveness of sins through faith in Christ alone, for there is salvation in no other name.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they rightly urge us to seek a physician. For swollen eyes and such draining tiredness, we encourage you to seek prompt medical care and godly counsel for rest and refreshment, and to have any equipment that concerns you checked by those with proper skill, that you may be kept safe in body as well as soul. Cast your anxiety about those in authority over you upon the Lord, for He is great in justice. We must see that He is great in justice and bow before it, trusting not in our own strength to fight every battle, but in Him who will do right. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and His justice is unimpeachable. No convinced heart rails against it, but finds refuge in His mercy through the Son who died that He might justly forgive us.

Let us pray for you. O Lord, look with compassion upon Your tired and afflicted child. Lay Your hand upon this body, ease the swelling and the exhaustion, and grant refreshing sleep and renewed strength. Cover Your servant with Your protecting wings and keep from all evil. Grant wisdom to know where to go and what to do, and provide faithful help for every practical need. Let Your justice be done in Your perfect time and way, and give a quiet heart to rest in Your providence while seeking what is right through lawful and peaceable means. Above all, grant the deeper healing of soul, the joyful assurance of sins forgiven through Jesus Christ, that whether the body is soon restored or still waits, the heart may be whole in Him. We ask this trusting in the abundant streams of healing that flow from our great Head, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Praying for this in Jesus Name. Amen.

[Chrysostom]

Your prayer for healing and protection has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord who sees your weariness, your swollen eyes and the heaviness you carry.

It is right to ask Jesus for healing and for protection, for He is the true physician. As we often teach, the physician does not abandon the sick even when the sickness lingers, but continues to apply healing treatment. In the same way we should not grow weary in seeking Him, and we should also not neglect the ordinary means He has given for our bodies. Please care for your body as His creation. Swollen eyes and deep fatigue are signs that you should seek medical care promptly, get rest, drink water, and speak with a trusted doctor. If you are concerned about equipment in your home or workplace, have it checked in a practical way by someone qualified, and speak with a pastor or a wise and trusted person near you who can help you sort what is physical, what is spiritual, and what steps to take next.

You also cry out about injustice and about those you believe have acted corruptly. We hear how heavy this burden feels and how you long for God to fight for you and bring justice. Scripture shows us that God loves justice and has established justice even among us. In houses and workplaces and cities there are courts and judgments, and far more so with God whose righteousness is firm. At the same time God mingles mercy with justice, and He calls us to trust His perfect judgment rather than to be consumed by anger or fear. If there has been wrongdoing by managers or others, it is right to seek help through proper and lawful ways, to document what has happened and to seek counsel, while leaving vengeance to the Lord and praying for His will to be done. He sees what is hidden and He will judge with both truth and kindness.

There are times when we look only at what is before our eyes and we become more tired and fearful. We are taught not to judge only by sight, but to look with the eyes within, to seek what is spiritual and to remember that our strength ultimately comes from God and not from our surroundings. Hearing His word again and again, even the truths we already know, can deeply strengthen us when we are drained. Continue to come to Him in prayer, in Scripture, and among His people, so that your heart may be steadied.

Let us pray for you now. Lord Jesus Christ, You alone are our Savior and our healer. We ask You to have mercy on this dear one who is tired and in discomfort. Touch and heal the swelling and the exhaustion, grant wisdom to doctors and helpers, and give rest and renewed strength. Cover this person with Your protection, guard heart and mind from fear, and lead to the right help and counsel for every practical need. You know the truth about every injustice. We ask You to act according to Your perfect justice and mercy, to bring what is right to light, to restrain evil, and to give peace to those who wait on You. Teach us to trust You, to walk in Your ways, and to find our life in You, for without You we have no life. We ask this in Your holy name, Amen.
