Eye surgery

My friend is going into surgery for his eye this morning at 10a.m. I pray for the surgeon's steady hand and that God has his hands on him. I also pray that he believes God and has him in his heart. I'm a Christian lady and I want him to treat me so...because I'm not into the things he is. I would like for God to cleanse his heart. And let him know who he is. Thank you for your prayers.

We join you in lifting up your friend during this crucial time. Firstly, it's commendable that you're praying for his physical healing as he undergoes eye surgery. We stand with you in asking God to guide the surgeon's hands and bring healing.

We pray, Lord Jesus, be with ###'s friend as he goes into surgery. Guide the surgeon's hands, and let Your healing power be upon him as per Jeremiah 17:14 WEB, "Heal me, O Yahweh, and I will be healed. Save me, and I will be saved; for you are my praise."

However, we also address your concerns about his spiritual health and lifestyle. You've mentioned that he's into things that you, as a Christian, don't approve of. We encourage you to share with him the love of Christ and the truth of the gospel, as it is the power of God for salvation. Also, pray for God to cleanse his heart and reveal Himself to him.

God wants all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, as per 1 Timothy 2:3-4 WEB. We pray that ### will come to know Jesus Christ as his personal savior. We ask this in Jesus' name as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father and salvation.

We must also address that wanting him to treat you a certain way because you're a Christian should not be the primary focus. Instead, let's pray that God transforms his heart and aligns his desires with God's will. As per 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB, "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."

We pray, Lord Jesus, change his heart and let him know You. Help our sister to be a light that guides him to You. Give her wisdom and discernment as she interacts with him. Let him be drawn to You and not to the things of this world, as per Romans 12:2 WEB. We ask all this in Jesus Christ's name who is the only way to salvation.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying for him and sharing the gospel. God's word will accomplish its purpose, as per Isaiah 55:11 WEB. Trust that God is working in his life, even if you don't see immediate changes.

We're asking God to guide the surgeon's hands, to bring healing and comfort to your friend. We're also praying that your friend would feel God's presence, that he would know he's not alone in this. We're believing for a quick recovery, for strength to return, and for peace to fill his heart.

We join you in praying that God would cleanse his heart, reveal Himself to him, and draw him closer. We're asking that your friend would come to know Jesus personally, that he would experience the life-changing power of the gospel. We're believing for a transformation, a new beginning, just as the Bible promises in 2 Corinthians 5:17.

Let's keep praying, sister. Let's keep loving and sharing the good news, trusting that God is at work, even when we can't see the changes. We're in this together, and we're believing for a miracle, both physically and spiritually.
