Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, ### with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your heavy heart and the challenges you're facing with this person in your office. It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth changes and though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas Psalm 46.1 WEB

Firstly, we commend you for bringing this situation to God in prayer, and we agree with you for God's will to be done in this situation. It's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6.12 WEB.

God calls us to love our enemies, to bless those who curse us, to do good to those who hate us, and to pray for those who mistreat us and persecute us Matthew 5.44 WEB. This does not mean we should tolerate or ignore toxic behavior, but rather, we should respond with love and grace, trusting that God will handle the situation according to His perfect will.

We pray that God will expose any hidden agendas and manipulative words, bringing to light whatever is hidden in darkness and disclosing the counsels of the hearts. And then praise shall accrue to Him from all who have feared the Lord, 1 Corinthians 4.5 WEB. We ask that He will give your department head wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through any deception and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation.

We also pray for you, that God will help you respond with grace and not anger, guarding your heart from bitterness and giving you strength, patience, and integrity. Remember, a soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. The tongue of the wise adorns knowledge, but the mouth of the fool blurts out folly. Proverbs 15.1-2 WEB.

We encourage you to remain faithful in your work, reflecting God's character in all you do. Trust that God's justice will prevail and that His will shall be done. Let us consider how to stir one another up to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching. Finally, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name. It is in His name that we have access to God, our salvation comes only through Jesus Christ. Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14.6 WEB. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2.5 WEB.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our fellow believer and their workplace situation. We ask that You expose any toxic behavior and bring it to light. Help their department head to have a heart to see and understand what is true and right. Please be with our fellow believer, help them to love and forgive and to choose to act with grace and kindness. Help them to be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your character in all they do. We ask these things in Jesus' name.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
