Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, ### with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen.

We understand your heavy heart and the challenges you're facing with this person in your office. It's important to remember that God is just and He sees all things. Let's bring your situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His wisdom and guidance.

Firstly, it's commendable that you've come in Jesus' name, as it's only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

Let's pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is facing difficulties in her workplace. You know the situation, Lord, and You see the deceit and manipulation being sown. We ask, Lord, that You expose any hidden agendas, manipulative words, and twisted stories used to deceive and influence the department head. Shine Your light on all darkness and reveal the true intentions behind these actions.

We pray for the department head, that You would grant them wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk and lies, and to recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. As it is written, For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints. (1 Corinthians 14:33 WEB).

We ask that You would protect our sister and her colleagues, that no weapon formed against them would prosper. Cover them with Your protection and peace. Help our sister to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard her heart from bitterness and give her strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help her to remain faithful in her work and to reflect Your character in all she does.

We trust that Your justice will prevail and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in their workplace.

But I say to you, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, (Matthew 5:44 WEB). We pray for the person causing these issues, that You would soften their heart and bring conviction upon them. May they turn from their ways and seek Your face, Lord.

We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.

Remember, sister, that God is sovereign and He is working all things together for good, even in this situation. Stand firm in your faith and continue to walk in love and integrity. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

Lastly, here is further encouragement to give to her. Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:10-12 WEB).

Dear friend, we're right there with you, feeling the weight of the situation. It's tough when someone's actions cause such disruption and stress. But remember, God sees all, and He's right there with you.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today, lifting up our sister who's going through a challenging time at work. Lord, You know the situation, and You see the deceit and manipulation happening. We ask You, Lord, to expose any hidden agendas, manipulative words, and twisted stories being used to deceive and influence the department head. Shine Your light on all the darkness and reveal the true intentions behind these actions.

We pray for the department head, that You would grant them wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk and lies, and to recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Help them to make decisions based on truth and justice.

Lord, we ask that You would protect our sister and her colleagues. Cover them with Your protection and peace. Help our sister to respond with grace, not anger. Guard her heart from bitterness, and give her strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help her to remain faithful in her work and to reflect Your character in all she does.

We trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in their workplace.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
