Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, ### with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We pray that God will shine His light on all darkness and reveal her true intentions. We ask that He grants your department head wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the deception. We claim the promise that no weapon formed against you or your colleagues shall prosper. Isaiah 54:17 WEB.

It's important to respond with grace and guard your heart from bitterness. The Bible tells us, Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:32 WEB. Remember that an angry man stirs up strife, and a wrathful man abounds in sin. Proverbs 29:22 WEB.

We encourage you to remain faithful in your work and to reflect His character in all you do. Trust that His justice will prevail and that His will shall be done.

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up this situation and asking for Your intervention. Expose the toxicity, Lord, and shine Your light on all darkness. Grant wisdom and discernment to the department head, and help us all to respond with grace and integrity. Protect us from bitterness and give us the strength to endure with patience.
