Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, ### with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

Protect our colleague and their colleagues from any weapons formed against them, and cover them with Your protection and peace. Help our colleague to respond not with anger but with grace, guarding their heart from bitterness, and give them strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help them to remain faithful in their work and to reflect Your character in all they do. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10 WEB)

We trust that Your justice will prevail and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in their workplace.
