Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, ### with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your struggle and commend you for bringing this situation to God in prayer. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all; the testimony in its own times (1 Timothy 2:5-6 WEB). We are called to imitate Christ, just as children imitate their parents (Ephesians 5:1 WEB).

Firstly, God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB). This does not mean we should tolerate or ignore toxic behavior, but rather, we should respond with love and grace, even in difficult situations. We must remember that God is a God of justice, and He will not be mocked. For whatever a man sows, that he will also reap (Galatians 6:7 WEB).

We pray that God will expose the toxicity and lies in your workplace, shining His light on all darkness. May He reveal the true intentions of this person and grant wisdom, discernment, and clarity to your department head. We pray that no weapon formed against you or your colleagues will prosper, and that God will cover you all with His protection and peace.

Lord, help our dear sister or brother to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard their heart from bitterness, and give them strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help them to remain faithful in their work and to reflect Your character in all they do.

We also pray for the person causing these issues, that God would convict their heart and bring them to repentance. For God says, I desire mercy, and not sacrifice (Matthew 9:13 WEB). We remember that God desires for all to be saved (1 Timothy 2:4 WEB), and so we pray for their salvation and sanctification.

Finally, we encourage you to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15 WEB). Confronting the issue directly, with kindness and respect, can often resolve issues that might otherwise fester. Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14 WEB).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
