Ex lying/daughter won't cooperate

Jesus please let my daughter tell the truth about what is going on with her broken laptop. Please also let my exams stop lying for her.  My father paid a lot of money for it and the warranty and all she has to do is call the company so they can send her a new one or prepaid box to return the broken one,  but she won't do that. He is trying to say it was fixed by someone else but she is saying it is still broken.  My father is upset and I don't blame him.  I can't get involved because she isn't speaking to me.  Please let someone be convicted to tell the truth and do the right thing.  Thank you Jesus,  Amen.
